"You purposefully released your pheromones right? Were you trying to seduce me? " The beta gritted out, causing Rain to flinch.

Rain had tears running down his cheeks as he listened to his mate. He hugged himself and looked down in shame. "Please d-don't say that. I-I didn't mean to disgust you—"

Calvin caught the omega before he fell off the counter.

He decided to dress the omega in one of his shirts since it would be big on him and won't hurt his wounds.

Rain whimpered and mumbled some apologies in his sleep which kind of made Calvin feel bad for what he said a while ago.

He was angry and surprised so he didn't know what he was saying.

The omega hugged himself as soon he smelled his mate's scent. Putting on one of Calvin's shirts on the boy was a good idea after all.

Calvin sighed as he laid down next to the omega. It felt weird.

"Evelyn, he's gonna be okay. Don't worry yourself too much, " Keiran made the girl sit on his lap.

Evelyn snuggled into the alpha's muscly chest, taking in his musky scent as much as possible.

She said it would take Rain some time to heal because of his current situation. He's already in so much pain and I ended up hurting him more, " She bit her lips and looked down

Keiran caressed his mate's cheek with a soft smile. "You're so kind-hearted, " He placed a kiss on her forehead. "He will recover soon. Calvin is taking care of him. I know you're doubting yourself now because of hurting him but don't do that. Your power is so much more. It can save lives. The lives of our pack members depend on that. What happened today was just an accident and accidents happen with everyone. It's not your fault,"

The omega looked up with a small smile and kissed her mate's lips. "Thank you… You lift my mood every time I feel down, " She giggled.

"You're welcome, " Keiran grinned wide. "It's because I don't like my baby being sad, "

"Y-You! " Evelyn hit her mate's chest with a squeal. "Stop with that pet name! It makes me embarrassed, " She covered her face as her cheeks turned red.

"You don't like it? " Keiran raised a brow while a smirk played on his lips. "I will stop if you say you don't like it, "

Evelyn bit her lips. "I-It's not that I don't like it.. . It's just that… it makes me feel w-weird,"

"Good kind or bad kind of weird? "

Keiran caught the omega's lips in a deep kiss. Evelyn moaned, slowly closing her eyes. One of her hands tugged on the alpha's hair while the other one roamed his chiseled body.

"T-Take off your shirt, " She stuttered out, causing the alpha to look at her surprised.
