The Strongest Beast Tamer With the Strongest System

Chapter 90: Beaten

Chapter 90: Beaten

"Hey, have you seen Thomas?" Margaret Harvey asked the muscular woman who had sparred with Emma before.

"No, it seems he didn’t come..." the woman replied, shaking her head.

"I see..." Margaret nodded.

"Gather everyone. We’re going to Thomas’ house."

Her words shocked those who heard them.

Because his family held many high-ranking positions in the military, Thomas lived in a military compound.

In fact, the head of the military in City Z was his uncle.

But it seemed Margaret was truly angry.

The muscular woman nodded with excited eyes.

She liked this.

She immediately went to gather Margaret’s other followers.

When everyone arrived, even Mary and Elsa came.

Emma, who had just arrived at school, also joined.

Among them, there was no shortage of those who had their own cars, so transportation wasn’t an issue.

Mary and Elsa used a sports car together.

Leonardo, on the other hand, was in Margaret’s car.

They sat in the back while Emma drove.

In the center of the city, there was a military complex with a guarded gate.

Even entering required permission.

When dozens of cars arrived at once, the guards—young soldiers—were stunned.

They quickly blocked the road.

The captain then approached Margaret’s car at the front.

Margaret rolled down the window. She was wearing sunglasses, but her stunning appearance still surprised the guard.

"Let us in," she said indifferently.

"Miss, do you have permission?" the captain asked.

Just as he said that, his phone suddenly rang. He was surprised to see it was one of the deputy commanders in the city—his superior.

As soon as he answered, he heard a firm voice.

"Let Miss Harvey in!"

Just that one command.

The captain quickly signaled his men to open the gate.

As the gate opened, Emma stepped on the gas.

They couldn’t help but wonder what these people were here for.

The soldiers realized that all of them were high school students.

But they couldn’t underestimate them—every single one was an Awakener.

That many Awakeners could definitely cause trouble.

"That should be Thomas’ house!" Margaret pointed at a three-story house.

It wasn’t very large, but it had a wide yard with three sports cars parked in front, located at a road intersection.

Emma stopped the car in front of the house while the others surrounded it with their vehicles.

As they arrived, a third-floor window suddenly opened, revealing Thomas—bare-chested.

He was stunned when he saw so many students.

When he saw Leonardo Anderson and Margaret, he realized trouble had arrived.

"Destroy it!"

Margaret gave the order directly.

To her followers, her command was absolute.

Those with the Magus class stepped forward to the boundary between the yard and the road.

They raised their hands toward Thomas’ house.

Some released fire, wind, lightning, even shaking the ground beneath the house.

With Awakeners above Level 15 attacking, the house was instantly engulfed.

The tremors caused cracks to spread through the structure.

Boom!

Within seconds, the house collapsed.

Thomas jumped into the air to avoid it.

He was only wearing shorts—soccer shorts.

"Harvey, what is the meaning of this?!" he shouted from above.

"Thomas Harper, get down here and let us beat you up!" Elsa replied.

Margaret, of course, was too lazy to respond.

She raised her hand, and a large dark-red magic circle suddenly appeared.

BANG!

Thomas was slammed down violently, crashing into the road and cracking it.

Gravity magic—a powerful type.

"Beat him!" Margaret ordered.

Awakeners with the Knight class leaped toward Thomas, who was struggling under the pressure of gravity.

Before he could react, the muscular woman arrived and stomped on his head without holding back.

Emma stabbed a sword into his palm.

"Ahhhh!" Thomas screamed in pain, but with more people attacking, he was completely helpless.

Someone even used a pain-enhancing spell on him.

Within moments, soldiers from nearby houses rushed over—the commotion was too big to ignore.

Seeing that Thomas was the one being beaten shocked them even more.

"What is this?! Stop!" someone shouted from a distance—a middle-aged man with a handsome face but fierce eyes.

His voice was loud enough to intimidate many.

"Commander!" the soldiers saluted with serious expressions.

This was their commander—the highest-ranking military officer in City Z.

It seemed he had just been heading to work when he saw the chaos—and realized his nephew was being beaten. Even his house had been destroyed.

Margaret signaled the knights to stop.

The goal was only to beat Thomas, not kill him.

If Thomas were killed openly, even the Harvey family wouldn’t be able to handle the consequences easily.

Thomas wasn’t covered in blood, but his face was swollen and bruised.

Even his leg bone appeared broken.

The commander trembled, his face twitching.

He looked at Margaret and asked, "What is the meaning of this?"

"You should ask your nephew... He dared to slander my boyfriend with something serious," Margaret replied calmly.

"Why? Do you want revenge? Do you want to get beaten too?"

She wasn’t afraid of him.

As an Awakener, the man was only around Level 24.

His position came from politics and military management—not strength.

The commander fell silent, his expression ugly.

A group of high school students—but all trained Awakeners. It wasn’t easy to deal with them unless he called reinforcements.

"We just taught him a lesson so he learns to watch his mouth next time... Maybe you should teach your nephew too. Honestly, his mouth is like a woman’s."

Margaret added this before signaling her followers to return.

She pulled Leonardo into the car, smiling faintly at him.

"Do you want to go to Miami now?" she asked inside the car.

Now was a good time—they needed time to travel.

"I’ll go home first to take my monster egg," Leonardo replied.

"Alright... I’ll have my pilot prepare my jet," Margaret nodded.

"Emma, you’re coming too..."

She added while looking at Emma, who was visibly surprised.

First, they went to the apartment, and Leonardo personally retrieved the White Element Peacock egg he had stored in a certain room.

For now, he could only keep it inside his Storage Artifact, even though it would remain frozen.

After that, he headed to City Z’s airport together with Margaret Harvey and Emma.

This was his first time coming to the airport, and he rarely even saw it before due to its distant location from the city.

It was massive, grand, and extremely crowded.

Leonardo saw many foreigners coming and going.

Before they even reached the other side of the terminal, a middle-aged man approached them.

He wore sunglasses resting on top of his head and a pilot’s uniform.

"Miss, long time no see. You’ve been traveling very rarely lately," he said with a bright smile.

He was clearly the type who liked interacting with people.

"Ohh, he must be your boyfriend, just like I heard..." he shifted his gaze toward Leonardo Anderson.

"Nice to meet you. You can call me Jack or Brother Jack... You must be the luckiest man in the world to become Miss’s boyfriend."

He extended his hand for a handshake.

Leonardo naturally didn’t refuse.

"Just call me Leonardo. Even if it sounds exaggerated, I do feel like I’m the luckiest man in the world," he said casually.

"Hahaha, that’s indeed a fact... In that case, let’s go. The jet is ready..."

They then headed to the runway, and Leonardo couldn’t help but be amazed when he saw Margaret’s jet.

It wasn’t too large—about the size of a typical jet—but it had a shining silver color, as if its entire body was coated in silver.

Leonardo recognized it immediately.

It was a Silver Space Jet.

The most expensive type of private jet—not only as fast as a fighter jet, but also capable of flying into the outer layers of Earth, even reaching space stations.

Even among the wealthy, very few could afford this.

It was low enough that Leonardo only needed five steps to enter.

The cabin was compact—no airplane seats—only three sofas, two large and one small, with a table in the middle.

There was also a small bed that could still fit two people.

It was equipped with a large TV and even a console for gaming.

"Jack, how long will it take to reach Miami?" Margaret asked the pilot as he was about to enter the cockpit.

"It’s close. At maximum speed, even half an hour is enough. How would you like it?" Jack replied.

"Take it easy, we’re not in a hurry..." Margaret answered.

"Alright, we’ll go at a moderate speed. One hour to reach Miami..."

Jack entered the cockpit without closing the door.

Of course, there was no issue if Leonardo and the others wanted to go there and watch him pilot the jet.

But Leonardo had no intention of disturbing him.

He sat on one of the sofas, and Margaret sat beside him, picking up the TV remote and turning it on.

"Sit," she said to Emma, who was hesitant.

Only then did Emma sit down.

Margaret then took out food from her ring—fruits, wine, and snacks.
