Ning Zesheng’s expression didn’t change a bit, he just said, "I’ve already handled the discharge procedures, let’s go!"
"You sure act fast, taking care of discharge without checking on her first." Lu Beichen said before grabbing his son and heading out.
Ning Zesheng went over to help Gu Xiyao with her things, and Gu Xiyao quietly said to him, "Little Uncle is just concerned for me, you don’t need to take it to heart."
"He’s my senior, I don’t mind." Ning Zesheng picked up the things and said, "Let’s go."
He walked ahead with long strides, Gu Xiyao ran to catch up with him, following him until they got into the car.
Lu Beichen didn’t know where she lived, so he drove with his son following behind Ning Zesheng’s car.
Gu Xiyao occasionally looked back, and Ning Zesheng said, "Since Brother Beichen is here, he wouldn’t leave right now."
