Chapter 1025: Night Before the Battle

Tomorrow is finally the day. I have told Andro to fly nearby the target so he can arrive on time.

The plan is for everyone who will attack the tortoise to ride on Andro’s back. They will make their move after Andro attacked the Kaiser Tortoise.

Andro’s breath attack is the signal. After that, the other mountain will also be attacked at the same time. And I will be there to kill everyone.

The distance between the tortoise and the other mountain is quite far. So, only wind mages can travel easily to the other side. Or maybe summoners.

I will open up a portal near the mountain. Then the mages who will attack that place with me will ride their horse toward the mountain after Andro’s breath attack.

That’s the plan at least. We also have to consider that the tortoise is a living being. Although he has been experimented on and most the inside of his shell has already been transformed into a place where human being can live, the tortoise is still alive. So it’s possible that the tortoise will move.

And for that, we asked some agents to watch the tortoise from afar to see if it is making a move or not until tomorrow.

And right now, I’m watching the two mountains from far above the sky. On top of Andro’s head who is flying in circle around those two mountains. Well, one of them is a tortoise though.

"Andro, how do you feel?" I asked.

"I feel good," he replied.

He’s dying. But it could be around hundreds years until he actually die. But his time is numbered at least. Not like before when he could freely fly all over the sky.

"What about you? Are you okay?" Andro asked me.

"To be honest, I don’t know. We’re already this far in the war against the cult. I truly hope that this will be the final battle. But it seems like it won’t be the last battle. I feel like after every single base that we destroy, the cult builds more. I’ll be better tomorrow when I start killing them," I said.

"This guy is a maniac. A murderer. And he enjoys it. Andro, there’s no need for you to ask if he’s okay," Victoria said.

A maniac? Maybe I am.

There’s only the three of us here on the top of Andro’s head. As for his back, I don’t know. It’s too large. The size of a continent. So I can’t see everything on his back.

As for the tortoise, he’s as big as a mountain. And both Andro and Pawzer said that he has the strongest defense. At least until his shell was destroyed and used to shelter the cult members inside.

I hope that it has gotten weaker. But it’s possible that the shell is actually stronger now thanks to the mages there. So there’s a chance that Andro’s breath attack won’t do any damage to the tortoise.

"The tortoise is the slowest. But he’s the fastest only when he’s hiding inside his shell. It’s possible that my attack won’t harm him at all. But I will target his shell anyway," Andro said.

"Then you might want to attack from that side."

All of a sudden, there’s another person here. Or should I say cat? Or cheetah?

Pawzer is here. He’s in his huge cheetah form and pointed his paw to one direction that he suggested.

"There’s a small opening over there which leads to the inside. And there’s should be stairs under the tortoise’s belly. That’s where the people who arrived from land entered the tortoise from," Pawzer continued.

"You were scouting the enemy?" I asked.

"I just looked from afar," he said.

He’s good. He can see and hear further than what my Divine Vision can reach. I guess he was found out back then by someone from the cult because he was too close.

And it’s really good that I only met him now. Because if he was the first monster I met when I need to obtain Aura ability back then, then he would be the monster that I need to kill. If that was the case, I would be dead already.

Still, a vision and hearing that can reach further than my Divine Vision is too good. I wish I can reach that far with just my Divine Vision.

"Are you sure you still don’t want to join with the fight? I think you have participated a lot. As if you actually wanted to help us," I asked Pawzer.

"I won’t help in the fight. But outside the fight, I will see what I can do," Pawzer said.

"How about you check your other friend? The whale. See if he’s still the same whale as you know from the past or he has been changed. I hope it won’t come to that," I suggested.

"The whale, huh? I don’t know where he is. And I hate water. But I’ll see what I can do," he replied.

Not just him. I also already sent Crabbe and the other Crab people to help with the search of the Kaiser Whale. They won’t join us in this fight.

It might take months or even years until we can find the whale. But it’s important to know because Kaiser Monsters are way too strong and dangerous.

"What about you? Don’t you have things to do back on Earth?" Pawzer asked me.

"I have finished them all. I’ll go back later when it’s time to sleep," I said.

I just rested normally and went on dates with my girlfriends. Then I also checked on Angela in the Spirit Mountain. She’s already attempting to breakthrough to master level in her four elements.

Thankfully, she’s attempting it in the Spirit Mountain. Because the Spirit King can protect her and make it as if all the mana fluctuation that happened from her trying to breakthrough can’t be felt outside of the mountain.

The Spirit King told me that it was too strong. Much stronger than when Kayla and any other master level mages attempted to breakthrough to master level. But the Spirit King said that he can handle it. So I left everything to him.

She’s already attempting to breakthrough. Once she reached master level, she will be our strongest mage. But that’s for later.

We chatted on top of Andro’s head for a little longer. And it’s finally time for me to return back home.

"Andro, prepare yourself tomorrow, okay?" I said.

"You too. Your presence is more important than mine in any battlefield. You should take care of yourself," he said.

"What about me? You’re not telling me to prepare?" Pawzer asked.

"You will do whatever you want anyway. There’s no need for me to tell you to prepare for anything. You can get it done within seconds," I said.

I opened a portal for me to go back to Cassau. And then Pawzer transformed into his werecheetah form and entered it together with me without saying anything.

"If I want to, you can’t do anything to stop me from entering your portal anyway. Although you can slightly see my movement at my fastest speed now, you can’t stop me from entering the portal. You already aware of it though," Pawzer said.

"Just don’t cause any trouble on Earth. And if you don’t want to transform into a human form where your ears are hidden, then at least wear a hat to cover them. You already learned how to use money, right?" I asked.

"I also have hunter card now. I don’t know how much I have though," he said as he proudly showed me his card.

Back when he came to visit Earth on the one day break back then, he also registered as a hunter. So he has his own card. But he never took any requests, so he doesn’t have any money inside his card.

Though that’s not a problem. I’m actually one of the richest men on Earth. So I can just give him some allowance.

I took his card as we entered the portal and checked his balance. It’s low. He must be having a lot of fun on Earth and spent all those money in just one day.

I gave him more money now so he can spend more of them. Though it’s night in Cassau. But that’s not a problem for him since he can go anywhere he wants.

I just hope that he won’t get caught by any tamer from the cult that he encountered. If that happen, things will get worse.

"Here, I gave you some more money. If you need more, I won’t be able to give you until the battle is over. So use it wisely," I said as I returned his card.

He took it happily and disappeared right away. I wonder what he used the money for.

I guess it’s time for me to sleep. Tomorrow is our big day. So I have to be in my perfect shape.

With my new power, I can do anything.
