Her venture into the Jade Flood Dragon Secret Realm was merely because she found the Jade Flood Dragon appealing and wanted to capture one for fun.

Tian Yue, who happened to overhear this, said somewhat awkwardly, "Junior Sister Qiu, this is all to rescue our fellow disciples more quickly."

Thinking back on their previous ordeals, Qiu Ruo’s face darkened. "I know. These people all deserve to die. Once we get out, I’ll make sure my grandfather kills them all, exterminating their entire clans!"

Tian Yue just let out a bitter laugh without a word. Those men in black never left captives alive; they would commit suicide by poison if captured. Even if controlled, their minds bore a Soul Restriction, making it impossible to extract any information.

"Senior Brother Blue Water, Senior Brother Red Mountain, you’re still alive!"

Suddenly, cheers erupted from the front courtyard. A hint of a smile appeared on Tian Yue’s face. Blue Water and Red Mountain are alive. Good, good.

"You still have the nerve to say that?" Red Mountain was furious. I almost died!

Tian Yue pressed his hand down, signaling them to be quiet, then said with a bitter laugh, "I don’t know who they are. They are all death warriors; we can’t get any information from them at all."

"These men in black all practiced the most common Five Elements Techniques, and their Cultivation Techniques were a chaotic mix, making it impossible to trace their origins."

"And crucially, the Jade Flood Dragon Secret Realm typically allows no more than ten thousand entrants at a time. Yet now, the number of people in the Secret Realm far exceeds this count."

"Furthermore, the Old Jade Flood Dragon hasn’t appeared, which indicates an unknown change has occurred in the Secret Realm. I wonder if the Elders will be able to react quickly enough."

Blue Water and Red Mountain exchanged glances and said no more, only asking for a couple of Healing Pills, as they had used up their own during their escape.

It took a full month for Blue Water and Red Mountain to heal. Their injuries were severe and had affected their very Origin. If not for the wealth and resources of the Five Elements Sect, it’s uncertain how long their recovery would have taken.

Upon emerging from their seclusion, the two immediately stepped into the Array where Chen Jiuge was cultivating Spiritual Beasts.

Their sudden appearance made Chen Jiuge’s hand tremble, nearly causing the Earth Dragon Beast he was in the process of elevating to be destroyed.

Fortunately, they were not unreasonable. Realizing they had nearly caused a mishap, they quietly stood aside and refrained from further action.

An hour later, the Earth Dragon Beast let out a deafening roar filled with the joy of new life, respectfully bowing its head to Chen Jiuge.

Chen Jiuge soothed the Earth Dragon Beast before turning to them. "Senior Brothers, what happened? If you wanted to come in, a heads-up would have been appreciated. You nearly caused this Earth Dragon Beast to be obliterated."

Red Mountain said irritably, "It’s just a beast of the True Immortal First Layer Heaven."

Blue Water interjected, "What are you saying? We were saved by these Spiritual Beasts."

Red Mountain’s eyes widened. He reluctantly stepped back two paces, indicating he would not speak further.

Taking a deep breath, Blue Water pulled out two radiant Crystal Cores. "I heard about your situation. I suppose I should call you Junior Brother."

"These two Water and Fire Divine Crystals are for you," Blue Water continued. "I want you to use them to cultivate Spiritual Beasts strong enough for us."

Chen Jiuge struggled to look away, swallowing hard. "Senior Brother, isn’t it too wasteful to use such Treasures to cultivate Spiritual Beasts? These should be the Treasures you need to break through to the True Immortal 30th Layer Heaven."

A hint of ferocity appeared on Blue Water’s usually gentle face. "I want vengeance for our fellow disciples."
