"This is the only way," Yang Qinglan nodded, immediately saying, "I vote for reward."

"I also vote for reward," Li Qianxia followed.

Turquoise Pool analyzed: "The main test of the Fifth City is the human heart. Now that both of you have voted 'reward,' it's more likely to be a 'test'—I vote 'test.'

"What do you mean, Sister Yao!" Li Qianxia playfully scolded, "Do you mean that the two of us thinking it's a 'reward' means we haven't passed the test?"

"I'm targeting the human heart, not the individual," Turquoise Pool said gently, her smile blooming like a flower.

"Changzhou?" Yang Qinglan looked at Li Changzhou; he was the only one who hadn't voted.

"Reward."

Turquoise Pool couldn't help but ask, "The results are already set, but I still want to ask, do you have any basis for your votes?"

"I voted casually," Li Qianxia replied.

Yang Qinglan said, "There is no evidence to prove this is a 'test,' but there is this little evidence of 'Information Reading' to show this is indeed a 'reward.'

This is not a very convincing reason, after all, the 'Fifth City' is enough evidence to say 'this is a test.'

But Turquoise Pool did not refute.

She wasn't trying to overturn the voting result; she was simply curious.

"And you?" she asked Li Changzhou.

"I believe in my sister," Li Changzhou said.

"Huh?" Li Qianxia had a look of 'I don't even believe myself.'

Li Changzhou chuckled and explained, "Qian Xia proposed to take the risk herself, and if such determination can't pass the test, then we wouldn't pass either; um—"

Turquoise Pool also laughed: "I change my vote to 'reward,' I also believe in Qian Xia."

Li Qianxia stared at Yang Qinglan.

"Let Qinglan and Turquoise Pool keep watch; we can go back to back, simple as that," Li Changzhou suggested.

The four took off their war robes, immersing their entire bodies in the clear cool jade-colored pool water.

It was as if a transparent wind blew through their bodies, then, their blood surged, bones sang in unison, and their entire beings boiled as if undergoing a violent transformation.

Yet the four couldn't quite feel the changes in their bodies.

They experienced a subtle sense of weightlessness, like their souls had been set free.

They heard a mysterious humming, almost heavenly in its earthliness, intoxicating.

Dazzling light enveloped the four, the grand Laws boundlessly magnificent.

No need to insist consciously, nor to do anything, like the moment inland snow mountains' snows melt, the path to the sea is already predetermined and naturally followed.

One passing the test would yield a portion to reach the Race's peak state.

All four reaching the Race's peak proves they all passed the test.

The Light Gate opened, revealing the path to the sixth city before them.

"The sixth city," Li Changzhou said, stepping forward and into it.
