The Handbook for Completing Demi-Human Girls

End of Book Remarks

End of Book Remarks

Hello everyone, I am Yiweixie.

Up to now, the story of the third volume of "Demi-Human Completion Handbook" has concluded. This also means that in terms of volume count, more than half of the story in this book has already passed. Although there are still many plot holes unplugged, the entire worldview and general characters of the story have pretty much been laid out. In the following volumes, these questions will also be answered one by one.

Then, following convention, in the End of Volume Remarks I will still talk a bit about things on the creative level for this volume, followed by a preview regarding the next volume.

Just like I said at the end of the previous volume, for this volume I switched to a more relaxed and brisk style to drive the story forward, adding interesting dialogues into Fisher's adventure. But similarly, the foreshadowing that needed to be planted and the emotions were not reduced because of this, nor did I write useless plots and daily life. For the vast majority of characters making an appearance in this volume, I tried my best to make them vivid, writing out their backgrounds and emotions. Many of them play crucially important roles in this volume and future stories.

I won't summarize them one by one here, only talking about two relatively main ones.

Firstly, regarding the Female Lead of this volume, Valentiina. According to my conceptualization, the personality and background of each Female Lead will all be different from one another. Valentiina is furthermore a relatively special demi-human Female Lead among them. Therefore, in this volume, the vast majority of her images made appearances as a defective human young girl; only at the very end did she begin to metamorphose and become a Phoenix.

But just as the Moon Princess said, bloodline connections will guide her towards the path of the Phoenix Race in the dark. What can be previewed is that, after her Nirvana, the landscape of the Northlands will usher in very major changes. This is also to make a small setup for the subsequent plot and disputes. At that time, Valentiina, as a Phoenix, will still have other stories with Fisher.

After that, regarding the character Lord of Life. In my conceptualization, she is an extremely complex yet charismatic villain. I am not clear whether I have clearly depicted this great physician and terrifying enemy I envisioned in my heart, but overall while writing I didn't feel it was difficult to put pen to paper. Conversely, I smoothly wrote out everything about this dead soul from a century ago in one breath.

She is the sorrow of an era, a genius born at the wrong time. Even being exceptionally smart as she was, before the great tide of the era she was still unable to stop it. But she didn't give up, which was why she placed her hopes on the [Ultimate of Truth]; similarly, even though the Northlands' Royal Choice Sequence, the Phoenix Race, were powerless before the general trend, they could still exhaust the power of their entire race to make contributions for the Northlands and their future.

So, if I really must establish a theme for the third volume, then it should be the title of chapter 142 in this volume, "A Wise Person Knows Their Fate".This volume ends here, but Fisher's journey still continues. In this volume, I have already laid down quite a bit of setup and foreshadowing, uncovering a corner of the worldview. The entire story is generally proceeding step by step. This volume has already laid out much of the stories for various regions beneath the Mythic Rank, the Northlands, West Continent, Southern Continent, etc...

But right now there are still many stories hidden in the fog. Firstly, the [Mythical Species]. They are either Demons, or from the Spirit World, or derivatives of Ramastia's two descendants. They are few in number, powerful in ability, possessing extremely unique personalities and cultures. They are the past masters of this world.

The other chunk is the [Transferred Persons]. Relying on the Creation Society, quite a few strangers who do not hail from this world have already made appearances now. The secrets and stories of the different [Completion Handbooks] they possess also haven't been completely explained clearly yet.

So the story of the next volume will unfold around these two places. Angels, Elves, Ramastia's two descendants, and the Transferred Persons will make appearances in their entirety. And as the story proceeds step by step into the level of the Mythical Rank, the next volume will focus on depicting two characters; they are Baimon and the [Magic Lord], entering the Sanctuary, the World Tree, and the legendary tale of the Eastern Continent...

"Hey, wait, what about my Renee?"

Writing up to here, I always feel that book friends will definitely think this, so I will hereby clarify. Renee is a character that runs through the entire text. In the next volume, the volume after next, and the final volume, she will all make appearances and have very heavy screen time. The romantic plotline absolutely won't stagnate due to volume arrangements. But the arrangement of the storyline must place her at the very, very end, exactly as the World-Ending Prophecy said,

"The undying witch uses magic to compose epitaphs for them..."

Renee is the starting point of Fisher's long journey this time. The "Demi-Human Completion Handbook" began because of searching for her, and it stands to reason it should end with her.

Alright, alright, having said so much, the story of this volume has also finally concluded here. Toss flowers. Resting for a day today with no updates (laughs), organizing the Outline and side quests for the next volume, and in passing making up for the Holy Matrimony Side Story in the group or something...

Starting tomorrow, the story of the fourth volume will begin immediately,

[The Magic Lord's Chapter of Ten Thousand Years]!
