"Do you know the difference between those born between heaven and earth, those elves whom your Mountain and Sea People regard as ’Demigods,’ and ordinary mortals?"

The Mountain Demon’s question obviously touched upon Kuilong’s blind spot, compelling him to shake his head in bewilderment.

"Simply put, they are the Creator’s kin, the reserve force of the True God..."

"Once they are born, the Celestial Tao System assigns them appropriate Divine Positions, allowing them to manage a domain of mountains and rivers or a territory."

"And the so-called ’Divine Position’ is the manifestation of the Creator’s power—the Primordial Power of this world."

"Generally, Divine Positions belong to the Heavenly Dao’s jurisdiction and are only bestowed upon naturally endowed ’Demigods’."

"But in rare instances, some exceptionally talented beings might be granted Divine Positions, possessing the mandate of divine powers."

"This is what’s known as a human-shaped god—Demigods with a flesh and blood body."

In the current Mountain and Sea Realm, Demigods granted Divine Positions are as common as Ascenders.

Typically, All Heavens and Myriad Realms view the incarnations of Primordial Power or those who have traversed the Ascension Ladder to the extreme as "Demigods."

They often only need to abandon their mortal forms to elevate the dimension of life, becoming supreme True Gods.

However, in the Mountain and Sea Realm, the term "Demigod" carries another meaning—beings who have prematurely acquired Divine Positions.

Divine Positions are not complete Primordial Power but deliberately fractured authority by the Celestial Tao System.

The numerous Demigods in the Mountain and Sea Realm cannot ascend to divinity through Divine Positions, indirectly snubbing any attempt to incite war or seize faith.

A certain Mountain God is merely a Mountain God, a specific River God is only a River God...

No matter how much Power of Faith you accrue nor how much you pilfer Divine Positions from other Demigods, it’s impossible to become a unified Concept God under the regulation of the Celestial Tao System.

Thus, the Demigods in the Mountain and Sea Realm who wish to become True Gods must, like other Ascenders, find an alternate path.

This is a difficult road, yet it is not an entirely dead end with no prospects.

Quite the opposite, due to the Celestial Tao System’s egalitarian treatment, the Mountain and Sea Realm has an astonishing number of Demigods, endowed with a myriad of diverse Divine Positions offering unlimited possibilities.

Therefore, while other worlds measure Demigods possessing Primordial Power in single digits.

The Demigods in the Mountain and Sea Realm, sharing certain Concept God positions, present a diversified stance due to their early exposure to Primordial Power.

Though ultimately, the ones truly elevating to the Divine Throne are few, those extending to the limits of this path are endless.

Place these Demigods in their corresponding worlds.

Unrestricted by the Celestial Tao System, they can swiftly ascend to a Concept God of another world through capturing Primordial Power.

But this is ultimately an extremely brutal path.

After all, the Demigods of other worlds aren’t easy to deal with and naturally wouldn’t allow foreigners to seize their world’s Primordial Power to become gods.

And for those Demigods who have lived long under the Creator’s protection.

They have ample time and knowledge to explore the limits of the Ascension Ladder; there’s no need to venture into other worlds fighting tooth and nail, competing with ruthless maniacs for a chance at Ascension.

Not to mention, there are currently over a hundred True Gods in the Mountain and Sea Realm who have successfully ascended to divinity, enough to prove the viability of this path.

Moreover, as these True Gods are unlike their counterparts in other worlds, highly dependent on Primordial Power and Power of Faith, they rarely propagate their faith in the Mountain and Sea Realm.

Certain True Gods who dislike battle have real combat strength, perhaps not much stronger than some Ascender in combat sequence.

This might be the sole flaw in the "Mountain and Sea Gods" system crafted by Li Hao.

Departing from the most simplistic and blunt mode of cultivation.

The True Gods cultivated in a more civilized and peaceful manner within the Mountain and Sea Realm mostly lack battle desire.

Rather than engaging in life and death combat, these True Gods transcending the dimension of life prefer to research peculiar phenomena and things, sometimes even remaining idle.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that the True Gods in the Mountain and Sea Realm are truly weak.

If there are True Gods who dislike battle in this world, naturally there are those dedicated purely to combat.

Without considering other complex issues, some True Gods even have specialized creators building arms for them...

The True Gods in the Mountain and Sea Realm dedicated to combat may be few, but their combat prowess and experience absolutely overshadow most entities hailed as "War Gods."

This is the Mountain and Sea Gods system—a grand pantheon with numerous True Gods and exceptionally distinct division of powers.

As for the future potential of the Mountain and Sea gods?

It can only be described as immeasurable, unfathomable.
