Li Yun’er glanced at Ling Feng, "Even if you keep me here, it’s no use, my ability can’t be used whenever I want!"

"Oh?"

Ling Feng was taken aback, "What do you mean?"

"The ability to see hidden items underground is random, it only appears occasionally, and I can’t just use it at will!" Li Yun’er explained.

Upon hearing this, Ling Feng felt a wave of disappointment.

He had thought it was an ability that could be used anywhere, anytime.

So it was only by chance, huh?

That did make it seem a bit useless.

However, Ling Feng still smiled, "It’s okay, having it is still better than not having it at all. This ability is something others can only dream of having!"

Li Fei’er said and then tiptoed to whisper something into Li Yun’er’s ear.

Soon after, her eyes went wide, "Really? Are you kidding?"

"Of course, it’s true, why would I lie to you?" Li Fei’er said with a smug face, her hands behind her back.

"Alright then, I’ll consider it," Li Yun’er nodded.

Ling Feng was curious, "What did you tell her?"

"I’m not telling you!"

Li Fei’er raised an eyebrow and stuck out her tongue at him.

Ling Feng was speechless, thinking he didn’t need to know their little secrets. Did he really care that much?

Just then, Li Shiyun walked in from outside and said to Ling Feng, "Everyone is waiting for you downstairs!"

"Waiting for me? Why?"

Ling Feng felt puzzled, thinking wasn’t the ceremony over already?

Li Shiyun rolled her eyes at him, "The ceremony is over, and everyone’s going to eat. Jiaolan has prepared over a hundred tables at Junlin Hotel, can you not go?"

"Ah, there’s that too?"

Ling Feng scratched his head and looked back at the Li sisters, "Then let’s go, we’ll eat first, and talk about the rest later!"

"Sure!"

Li Fei’er didn’t hesitate to grab Li Yun’er’s hand and head out the door.

Watching the two girls leave, Li Shiyun turned to Ling Feng with a meaningful look in her eyes.

Ling Feng quickly explained, "Don’t think too much, that girl has a special ability to see through things. I’m not sure exactly how it works yet, but she’s already discovered a thermal spring in the mountains to our south!"

"Oh?"

Li Shiyun’s eyes widened, "Is that true?"

"Of course, it’s true, would I lie to you?"

Ling Feng wrapped his arm around her shoulder and said cheerfully.

"That could be a great thing; we could develop it, and it might even become a tourist resort!" Li Shiyun said.

"Exactly, so naturally, we have to keep a talented person here. Fei’er has pretty much already handled it for me," Ling Feng laughed.

Li Shiyun smiled and didn’t say anything. As they were heading out, she pulled away from Ling Feng’s arm, "You go downstairs first, I need to go up and change my clothes, and then head to the hotel."

"Is there something wrong with what you’re wearing now?" Ling Feng was puzzled.

"Of course, there is. This is a formal dress, not casual wear. How should I wear it for a meal?" Li Shiyun gave him a look.

Ling Feng felt a sense of loss and scratched his head, "So you’re all going to change out of your long gowns?

"Yes, why?" Li Shiyun stopped and asked.

"No, it’s nothing, I just haven’t had enough of the view yet!" Ling Feng said with an awkward smile.

Li Shiyun shot him a glance, "There’s quite a lot you want to see, with the stockings and evening gowns and all!"

Her mentioning it was not helping; it lit a small flame in Ling Feng’s heart. He stepped forward and hugged Li Shiyun, startling her into widening her eyes and chiding him in a low voice, "What are you doing?"

Ling Feng, with a cheeky face, chuckled, "Speaking of which, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen you in stockings. Tonight..."

Li Shiyun’s face turned red, but she didn’t refuse, just glanced at him, "We’ll talk about that tonight! Now let me go; what would people think if they saw us?"

"Hehe, okay!"

Ling Feng quickly let go, but not without sneaking a kiss on her cheek, "So sweet!"

"Buzz off!"

Li Shiyun gave him a look and quickly walked into the elevator.

When Ling Feng went downstairs, he saw that the lobby was almost empty. The cars outside were leaving one after another, it seemed they were all heading to Junlin Hotel.

In that instant, Ling Feng suddenly had a strange illusion, feeling as if he were not attending a listing ceremony, but a wedding!

The celebration had ended, and now it was time for the banquet.

With that thought, he shook his head, let out a wry laugh, and quickly left the building.

As he watched cars leave one by one, Ling Feng got into his vehicle, ready to take off, when Zhang He waved at him and then came over with Bai Qian and Bai Ling.

Following that, he opened the car door, let the two women sit in the back, and then himself sat down in the passenger’s seat.

Ling Feng looked at him blankly, and only after the car door closed did he curiously ask, "Didn’t you drive here?"

"Do I have a car on your side?" Zhang He retorted.

"Er, such a big hotel and not a single car?" Ling Feng was puzzled.

Zhang He rolled his eyes, "Those are company cars, can I just use them as I please?"

"..."

Ling Feng internally exclaimed this was just ridiculous and sighed helplessly, "So you mean to say, for the time you’re here, I have to be your driver?"

"If you don’t have time, you could just lend me the car," Zhang He said with a smile.

"No way!"

Upon hearing that, Ling Feng immediately widened his eyes, "Cars and wives are not to be lent out!"

Zhang He curled his lip, "Stingy!"

"Alright, you two stop messing around, everyone has already gone far ahead!" Bai Qian couldn’t help but remind them.

Ling Feng looked and saw there weren’t many cars left in the parking lot, so he chuckled and quickly started his vehicle.

Soon, they arrived at Junlin Hotel, where the parking lot was already packed. With no other choice, Ling Feng had to park farther away and then walked over with Zhang He.

On the way, the two men kept bickering, each blaming the other for being late!

Bai Qian and Bai Ling followed behind, rolling their eyes non-stop, clearly impatient.

And just then, Zhang He’s phone suddenly rang. He took it out, glanced at it, and immediately motioned Ling Feng to be silent!

Afterward, he answered the call with a stern face, "What’s the situation?"

Being on a street corner, the surroundings were quite noisy, so Ling Feng couldn’t hear what the person on the other end was saying.

But seeing the seriousness on Zhang He’s face, he knew something was wrong!

Sure enough, after Zhang He acknowledged and hung up the call, he looked up and said to Ling Feng, "There’s been trouble!"

Both knowing their status, they didn’t ask any questions, nodded, and walked hand in hand towards the hotel.

Zhang He then pulled Ling Feng back to the vehicle and with furrowed brows said, "Yang Da and Yang Er are missing!"
