Zhou Yi gave Ling Feng a look, "I’m not kidding with you, it’s getting late, and I’m a bit sleepy again!"

"But we agreed on this during the day!" Ling Feng said with a speechless expression.

"Agreed on what?"

Zhou Yi gave him a glance and stepped outside.

Ling Feng felt he had been played, so of course, he was not willing to let it go and quickly chased after her!

So he quickly walked up with a smile, "When did you come? Why didn’t you come inside?"

"Oh, you thought too much, we just hadn’t eaten all day, so we had a meal together!" Ling Feng laughed, then turned to look at Little Bai, "Has this fellow been behaving recently?"

"Very well, it gets along great with Yellow and Wang Cai!" Li Fei’er replied.

"Oh, that’s good then, I thought it was too clever and that Wang Cai and the rest wouldn’t pay attention to it," Ling Feng said with a laugh.

No sooner had he finished speaking than Little Bai’s beady black eyes immediately glared at him, staring him down, seemingly quite displeased.

Ling Feng ignored it, as this little creature couldn’t really cause him any harm.

Turning to look at Li Fei’er, he asked with a smile, "You’re not planning to sleep hugging it tonight, are you?"

"Of course not, I just brought it out to play, we’re going back to the Nine Heavens soon!" Li Fei’er quickly clarified.

"Why come out for a stroll?"

Ling Feng was puzzled and asked curiously.

"Little Bai said it was feeling homesick, so I took it for a walk in the mountains. We just got back."

Snuggling into Ling Feng’s arms, she looked up at him, "Uncle, what did you do all day today?"

"Your Sister Zhou was supervising me; I’ve been refining pills all day!" Ling Feng said with a wry smile.

"Oh, I heard that from now on she’s going to be monitoring you, is that right?" asked Li Fei’er.

Ling Feng looked at her, "Stop beating around the bush, what do you want to ask?"

Li Fei’er hadn’t expected her little ploy to be seen through so easily and stuck out her tongue a little, "Nothing, I was just asking casually!"
