Chapter 511: Preparing for a Business Trip

The next morning, Ling Feng told everyone about his need to go to the station.

The others were already used to this, so they didn’t ask much.

Driving to Longyuan, he saw that Lin Xue’s car was already parked at the entrance, which somewhat surprised Ling Feng, that girl was really early!

She had clearly teleported back from the Demon Capital and driven over from the police station.

He didn’t see anyone upon entering, so Ling Feng walked downstairs to the basement.

"Exactly, take another close look and see if you can find anything!" Chen Ping nodded.

Ling Feng lowered his head to look again, because of the angle and height, all the objects in the images were very small, even human figures were just little dots.

He counted, and there were more than ten people in the photos, of which only three or four were from the security bureau side, and the remaining eight or nine were with Luo Nanlin’s group.

Upon seeing this, Ling Feng looked up and asked, "This old man is an elder of the Black Dragon Sect, isn’t it normal for so many people to come rescue him?"

Ling Feng was astonished, "Really, it’s that serious?"

"Of course, it’s a major incident. Once Luo Nanlin disappears, it’s like releasing a tiger back to the mountain, and he will be a major problem in the future!" Chen Ping stated.

Ling Feng nodded, "I thought of that, too. So what are we doing now? With just these few photos, it’s going to be hard to find anyone!"

"Based on intelligence analysis, these people might lay low for a short while but will soon try to flee the country with him. Our task is to make sure we intercept them!" Chen Ping declared.

"Oh, and how do we do that?" Ling Feng inquired.

Last night Lin Xue had mentioned the possibility of action, so he had already anticipated something.

"To where?" asked Ling Feng.

"Here are the plane tickets. The bureau will reimburse all your expenses, but I can’t cover luxury purchases for you!"

As he spoke, Chen Ping took out two plane tickets and handed them over.

Ling Feng was taken aback, took them, and noticed that one of the tickets was for Lin Xue, so he asked, "You’re going too?"

"Yeah, of course, I have to! I’m your external liaison after all!" Lin Xue nodded.

"That’s good; at least I’ll have some company," Ling Feng said with a smile.

"We leave at this time tomorrow. You have one day to prepare. You can go back now," Chen Ping said.

Back in Shiliu Village, Ling Feng and Lin Xue informed everyone that they were going on a business trip.

As for what they were going to do, the two kept silent in tacit understanding, and nobody asked.
