Chapter 1783 - 1782: Closing the Net

Ling Feng parted ways with the two women and went downstairs alone.

The building where Chen An and his cohorts were located was two kilometers away. Ling Feng wasn’t in a hurry, so he chose to walk there.

While walking, he used his Divine Sense to scan the areas in front of and behind him, observing if anyone was watching him.

However, unexpectedly, he didn’t discover anyone suspicious.

As he was approaching the building, Ling Feng turned and entered a fast-food restaurant by the roadside.

Chen An, lost in thought, suddenly felt someone behind him and turned around to look.

Ling Feng smiled slightly, sat down, and asked Chen An, "Is there anything you’d like to tell me?"

Chen An was dumbfounded; he didn’t know what to say!

"Yes, sort of. Her mentor was involved, too," Chen An admitted.

Ling Feng smiled, intending to ease Chen An’s tension, "Given your cooperation, I might consider sparing you from punishment later!"

Chen An, as if granted amnesty, nodded quickly.

"Who are these others?" Ling Feng continued to inquire.

"The guy named Wei Ran is Chen Han’s boyfriend; this girl is my cousin, and the other is her boyfriend!" Chen An explained.

Ling Feng frowned, "They were all part of your plan?"

"Yes, yes, but they just knew about it, didn’t actually do anything," Chen An said.

"Alright, tell me then, what precisely was the plan?" Ling Feng asked.

Chen An swallowed again, hesitating slightly.

Seeing this, Ling Feng frowned, "At this point, you’re still trying your luck?"

"No, no!"

Chen An waved his hands, quickly continuing, "Here’s the deal; Chen Han feels she has acquired a lot of skills, and the family’s assets don’t match her abilities, so she wanted more money. The richest in this city are the Bai Family and An Family."

Ling Feng then asked a few more questions, collected comprehensive evidence, turned off the phone, and gently immobilized Chen An before standing in front of Chen Han.

Her eyes were filled with fear, anger, and a hint of malice, as she had heard the entire conversation earlier.

Ling Feng smiled, unlocked one of her acupoints, and asked, "How do you feel?"

"Ling Feng, I won’t let you off; my master won’t either!" Chen Han snarled through clenched teeth.

"Isn’t that funny? Somehow I’ve become the bad guy here?"

Ling Feng snorted, then reached out and searched her body, looking for the medicine bottle while also taking advantage of the situation!

Chen Han’s face flushed a deep red, but she was unable to move and could only endure it.

Finding the medicine bottle, Ling Feng took out the Medicinal Pills and then grabbed her mouth!

"You!"

Chen Han was terrified, her eyes filled with panic!

But it was useless; the Medicinal Pills were still forced into her mouth and swallowed!
