Gu Li chuckled and quickly begged for mercy, "Boss, I was wrong!"

Ling Feng wasn’t really angry, he just glared at him before continuing, "Alright, I’m not messing with you. I told you about this matter so that when you’re free, you can analyze the situation thoroughly. We need to be prepared!"

"I understand!"

Gu Li nodded, putting away his playful demeanor, and said seriously, "Regarding the Star Map issue, the underground monster invasion, and that Kidd, I’ll set up special response teams to handle these matters!"

"Great, how many people do you have under you now? Is it enough?" Ling Feng asked.

"If I say it’s enough, I’d be lying, but everyone is willing to work for you, Boss. So, being busier and putting in some overtime is not a big deal!" Gu Li laughed.

Ling Feng chuckled and changed the subject, "How’s my sister-in-law and niece doing?"

"Thanks to you, they’re both fine!"

Zhang He said a line and immediately asked, "You suddenly called, is there something wrong at the bureau?"

Ling Feng shrugged, "Why would there be? I just wanted to ask how you’ve been, no news at all, I was getting worried!"

"I’m fine, being a full-time dad and catering to postpartum care, I’m pretty busy!" Zhang He said.

"Oh, when will the baby reach one month old, aren’t you planning to have a celebration?" Ling Feng continued to ask.

"I hadn’t planned on it, but if you insist on coming and giving my daughter a big gift, I won’t refuse!" Zhang He said.

Ling Feng rolled his eyes, "Never seen someone ask for gifts so directly, just tell me when the baby turns one month, I’ll be there for sure!"

Zhang He chuckled, "Conveniently, it’s tomorrow!"

Ling Feng: "...."

He covered the phone, turned to Lin Xue, and asked, "Is it true that Bai Qian’s baby turns one month old tomorrow?"

"Yes, we’ve been in touch. She didn’t want to disturb everyone and said when she can, she’d bring the baby back to Nine Heavens for a gathering." Lin Xue said.

"Alright then."

Ling Feng, helpless, released the phone and told Zhang He, "Send me the address later, I guess I have to come!"
