After spending a night at Nine Heavens with Li Shiyun, Ling Feng got up, looked at his wife and child sleeping peacefully beside him, and a sweet smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.

He lowered his head to kiss his daughter, then kissed Li Shiyun on the forehead, and got up to leave the wooden house.

Ling Feng nodded, then shifted the topic, "But I kind of blackmailed him earlier and promised not to go against him anymore, so what do we do?"

Gu Li chuckled and then said, "You promised you wouldn’t go against him personally, not anyone else. Just let others handle it!"

Ling Feng laughed and then said, "But that suits me just fine!"

The two of them exchanged sly smiles, both wearing cunning expressions, and Ah Min couldn’t help but roll his eyes upon seeing this.

After discussions, Ling Feng pondered for a moment and said, "To handle this, we need someone familiar with the Holy See. Gerard and his wife have gone to the oil fields, so the only one we can consider is Pete!"

"He should be good; he did spend many years there at the Holy See!" Gu Li said.

Ling Feng nodded, "Alright, I’ll contact him in a while!"
