Upon hearing this, Ling Feng wasn’t too pleased; instead, a sense of foreboding filled his heart!

However, he said nothing and instead told Zhang He, who looked elated, "Don’t get your hopes up yet. This isn’t unclaimed land; it’s the ancestral land of the Cheng Family from Harbor Island. If we really want to excavate the Spirit Stones here, we at least need their consent!"

"People from Harbor Island?"

Zhang He was momentarily stunned, then shook his head, "Spirit Stones are a strategic resource, their exploitation doesn’t require routine procedures!"
