Chapter 1297: Transporting Apples

In order to speed up the transportation process, Ling Feng requested an additional loader because manually loading was just too slow. Five hundred tons of apples, they would be exhausted after a day and still not finish loading.

So the two went back to the courtyard and arrived at the entrance of the cellar located behind the house.

This was a huge space dug underground, the simplest way for farmers to store fruits and vegetables because being deep below ground helps maintain a stable temperature, allowing things to last longer.

As they climbed down the ladder, they hadn’t yet reached the ground when the strong scent of apples filled the air. When Lingling turned on the light, Ling Feng saw apples piled up like a small mountain.

"Whoa, ten thousand pounds is actually so much?"

Ling Feng was dumbfounded, now realizing why so many people were needed to move the apples!

He then turned to Lingling and said, "You open the boxes; I’ll do the packing!"
