Chapter 1082: Capturing Someone

By now, it was completely dark outside. Ling Feng and Mo Jiaolan left the room after freshening up and headed to the floor where Yang Guang was staying.

But she was no longer here. After asking around, they learned that Gu Li had already taken her out for a big meal.

Upon hearing this, Ling Feng immediately knew that the girl had cracked the secret of the sudden appearance of the zombie, and he quickly called Gu Li.

After connecting, he immediately asked, "How is it? Did you figure out what’s going on?"

"Boss, this girl you found is really strong, she’s amazing!" Gu Li said.

This was the special ops team specifically sent to protect Longyuan. The deployment of these troops indicated the gravity of the situation.

When Chen Ping saw Ling Feng, he was taken aback and then asked, "What brought you here?"

"Heard there was an operation, so I came to check it out. Who’s leading tonight?" Ling Feng asked.

"Since you’re here, of course, you’re leading the team!" Chen Ping said.

"Uh, I just came to have a look, didn’t say I’d help!" Ling Feng said.

Chen Ping glared, "Don’t even try that. You’ve come of your own accord, do you think I’d let you off? Hurry up and come inside, I’ll give you five minutes to understand the situation!"

After getting to the office, Ling Feng indeed saw Zhou Yi there, with Li Fei’er beside her.

However, when the two women saw him, they acted as if they hadn’t seen anything, not saying a word.

It was only after his words that Zhou Yi and Li Fei’er stopped bickering with Ling Feng and got into the vehicle together.

Zhou Yi, sitting in the passenger seat, unfolded the map: "Follow my directions!"

Ling Feng started the car and then asked, "Isn’t Ye Qian coming along?"

"She and Chen Yan are on vacation, not here," Zhou Yi said indifferently.

Ling Feng acknowledged with an "Oh" and drove away from Longyuan, stealing a glance at Zhou Yi as he drove: "What’s the situation anyway? Why do you look so angry when you see me? I didn’t do anything wrong!"

The moment he landed, a loud shout was heard: "Who’s there?"

Ling Feng sneered and then called out loudly, "Where’s the manager here? Come out!"

Accompanied by the sound, a plump monk walked out from the monks’ hall.
