The youth chuckled, "I’m with Sister Chen Yan!"
"How did you two end up meeting?" Ling Feng turned to look at Chen Yan’s blushing face, asking curiously.
Chen Yan took several deep breaths, calming her racing heartbeat from the running, then said, "It’s a long story, I need a drink of water first!"
"Let’s talk inside then!"
Ling Feng nodded, stepped aside from the door, and then both of them entered the room together.
Once the youth entered the room, he looked around, marveling at everything as if it was all new to him, murmuring, "This is a nice place, staying here for one night must cost a few hundred, right?"
Ling Feng was speechless, but he seemed to see his former self in him and thus smiled and said, "About that, it’s definitely not cheap."
Turning his head to see Chen Yan gulping down water, Ling Feng was startled, "Didn’t you go shopping? How come your hands are empty?"
"Don’t mention it!"
Chen Yan, after quenching her thirst, gave a wry smile, "I was shopping when I saw him fighting with someone, so I went over to see what was happening and asked what was going on."
"Then, those guys actually started to harass me, and I ended up beating them up!"
"After that, Yang Guang and I were taken to the police station, detained for the afternoon, and only released after they confirmed my identity."

He was truly speechless and couldn’t help asking, "Isn’t your ID effective? How could the police keep you for an afternoon?"

Then looking at the youth, he asked, "Your name is Yang Guang?"
"Yeah, what about it?" the youth asked.
"Nothing much, didn’t you just arrive in Capital City? Weren’t you supposed to go stay with relatives? How come you are fighting on the street?" Ling Feng asked.
Yang Guang shrugged, "I did go to them, but they refused to take me in, and then I ran out of money, so I planned to roam the streets and make some money by fortune telling!"
"And then?" Ling Feng asked with a look of helplessness.
"Then I ran into a few thugs. They saw I was from out of town and wanted to bully me, but then Chen Yan and I beat them up!" Yang Guang said innocently.
"Both of you are a pair that don’t let people worry!"
Ling Feng was speechless, but fortunately, Chen Yan was alright, and the youth wasn’t hurt either; it was just a wasted afternoon.
After sighing, he looked at the two of them, "Are you two hungry now?"
Both nodded simultaneously.
"Let’s go, let’s go downstairs to eat," Ling Feng said with a wry smile.
The three of them left the room, asked a floor attendant, learned that the restaurant was on the third floor, and then they took the elevator downstairs.
Upon reaching the restaurant, they saw many people already dining, and from their attire, it was clear these were wealthy and distinguished guests, as those who could afford to stay in this five-star hotel were generally successful individuals.
Ling Feng initially wanted to find a seat by the window, but since they were all taken, he had to settle for any available seat and sat down.
The server followed them promptly, handed them the menu, and asked, "What would you like to eat?"
Ling Feng looked at Chen Yan, "What do you want to eat?"
"I’m so hungry I could eat a whole cow, anything will do!" said Chen Yan.
Yang Guang chimed in, "I’d like to try some Capital City specialties since it’s my first day here!"
Upon hearing this, Ling Feng straightforwardly handed the menu to him, "Then you pick!"
"Me picking? Really?" Yang Guang asked.
"Of course, order whatever you want, don’t worry about the money!" Ling Feng said generously.
With that, Yang Guang was not shy about it, flipping through the menu page by page, quickly ordering seven or eight dishes in one breath.
Ling Feng was speechless, thinking to himself, is this kid a reincarnated hungry ghost, ordering so much food?
So he couldn’t help but remind him, "Hey, it’s not that I’m stingy with money, but if you order too much and can’t finish it, it’ll go to waste!"
"Don’t worry, if I ordered it, I can eat it!" Yang Guang said with a smile.
Eventually, he ended up ordering almost ten dishes, and just by the names, you could tell they were all major dishes!
After finishing the order and the waiter leaving, Ling Feng looked at him, "How old are you this year?"
"Twelve, why?" Yang Guang asked.
This kid seemed to have a catchphrase, which was always asking "why".
Ling Feng chuckled upon hearing this, "Just asking. Twelve is the age for growing, maybe you really can eat ten dishes!"
"It’s not just me, there’s also Sister Chen Yan; she can help me eat some too!" Yang Guang said.
"Yeah, my appetite is quite big too!" Chen Yan nodded and said.
"Alright, then let’s see how you two big eaters fare!"
Ling Feng nodded helplessly.
He was very curious about Yang Guang, this uninvited guest, but since Chen Yan had brought him back, he didn’t want to be too abrupt, so Ling Feng only began to probe after the dishes were served, "Yang Guang, where are you from?"
"I’m from Beihu Province, Jixi County, Shijiagou Village!" Yang Guang said.
Ling Feng made an acknowledging noise and then asked, "How did you end up in Capital City at such a young age? Do your parents know about this?"

"The plan is naturally to make money. Once I’ve earned enough, I will buy a big house here and show them all!" Yang Guang said.
Ling Feng nodded, "You have great ambitions, but you’ are still young. Right now you should be focusing on studying. Making money can wait until later!"
"Uncle, you really nag, can I eat now?" Yang Guang asked impatiently.
Ling Feng was speechless, then shook his head, "Alright, I’ll stop talking, you eat."
So, for the time being, he and Chen Yan witnessed Yang Guang’s appetite.
All ten dishes had been served, filling the table completely.
Yang Guang, releasing his jaw, devoured them like a whirlwind, seemingly set to gobble everything up in one go!
Chen Yan quickly got full, and afterward, she just stared straight at Yang Guang, growing more and more astonished.
Ling Feng also felt somewhat helpless, thinking to himself that his being driven out by relatives wasn’t without reason; such an appetite was really hard for average people to support!
An hour later, after consuming ten dishes along with six big bowls of rice, Yang Guang burped contentedly, then patting his belly, said, "I’m full now!"
