Ling Feng was taken aback and saw the youth’s surprised face, so he couldn’t help asking: "What’s wrong?"

The youth stood up, pointing at Ling Feng’s face full of shock, but didn’t utter anything.

After speaking, he turned around and went back to his seat.

He then turned around and continued to walk toward the exit, and this time Chen Yan remarked, "That kid seems to have come from the mountains, saying he was going to seek out some relatives!"

Three people exited the train station, and staff from the headquarters were already waiting. Then everyone got into the car together.

He felt flattered and with a smile said upon disembarking: "Chief, why did you come to meet me in person?"

"How could I not come in person for someone as important as you?" Han Wancheng said with a smile.

"I’m flattered, truly undeserving!" Ling Feng responded with a laugh.

"Alright, let’s skip the pleasantries for now and hurry inside!"

Han Wancheng smiled and turned to walk ahead.

Chen Yan and Ye Qian were meeting such a high-ranking leader for the first time. Both of them looked very nervous, didn’t dare to speak, and hurriedly followed Ling Feng.

The group entered a passageway and after walking a few dozen meters, Han Wancheng led them into a large room.

"You’ve had a long journey, let’s sit and talk!"
