Not only did Loki step back warily, but he also looked around and checked their surroundings to make sure that they were in a Mental World, not a Cave Heaven. After all, even a fallen divine being should have a Cave Heaven.

When he was sure that he wasn't mistaken and no one was playing a prank on him, he turned to the seer and said, "How did you turn out like this?"

The pained look and signs of struggle appeared on the seer's face again. But the power of the Hypnotize Metac was too strong to resist, so he had to spill his guts.

He said, "I died only to come back and find out that I had been replaced. The new divine being occupying my divine position went hunting for me and tried to kill me so that I would never be able to threaten her."

"She was a seer, so I couldn't hide from her. I had to fake my death by giving up my Cave Heaven. If I hadn't done that, she wouldn't have stopped searching."

"If I can use my Knowledge Network to parasitize someone and help that person become a divine being, I can transfer my mind into their mind using my Life Ability and take their place. Then I can use their power to take back my original divine position."

Loki was so impressed by this plan that he clapped. As he clapped, he said, "Good plan. Very good plan."

Then he asked, saying, "Why haven't you succeeded, though?"

The seer's eye twitched a little bit before he said, "Because becoming a divine being is very difficult. Every Divine Position is already taken and guarded jealously."

"In fact, there might be more than one person claiming ownership of a Divine Position and in possession of the secret recipe to refine the Divine Metac for that Divine Position. So as soon as a divine being dies, there will be plenty of people scrambling to replace them."

"This makes replacing a divine being nearly impossible. The alternative is to create a new Divine Position, and I am already working on that."

When Loki heard this, his eyes lit up, and he said, "Oh. Are you already working on it? How far have you gone?"

"The cultivation rank is also the Dao Status of the divine being. And as far as I know, it ranges from rank 6 to rank 8. I am not entirely sure about rank 9."

"Their Stat is the power of which part of their using. This could be Body, Soul, Mind, Will, or all of them. It all depends on which part of existence the Divine Metac can use. The lowest limit is 5.5 units. I am not sure what the highest is."

"The Divine Metac is the portion of the power output that is affected by the Divine Metac. There can be one, two, or three Divine Metacs working together. The power of each one ranges from 6 to 8."
