The Fake Heiress Turns out to Be a True Tycoon!

Chapter 1251: Extra Story: Callum Yuan

Chapter 1251: Extra Story: Callum Yuan

A hundred miles away from the film city, on another mountain peak.

Dashiell busied himself circling the mountain, finally setting up a barrier that isolated it from the outside world.

At least, the leaking Dragon Energy would no longer affect ordinary people.

Having completed these tasks, Dashiell huffed and puffed as he flew into the mountain.

He quickly followed the aura and found Callum Yuan, whose presence was icy cold.

At this moment, Callum Yuan had already transformed into his dragon form.

His azure dragon body, though not seen for the first time, always made him take a few more looks.

Though his silver-white Dragon Scales were beautiful, Callum Yuan’s azure Dragon Scales were also impressive.

However, at the moment, Callum Yuan’s Dragon Scales clearly showed signs of distress.

But even more distressed than him was the other large Azure Dragon in front of him.

This was an adult Azure Dragon, whose dragon body was a full size larger than both Callum Yuan and himself, yet was clearly at a disadvantage, looking battered.

Yes, battered.

Half of its Dragon Scales had been plucked off, leaving its dragon body half-bald with its cultivation in disarray.

Even so, the Azure Dragon’s eyes were filled with a fierce glare as it looked at Callum Yuan, along with an incredible anger.

This was the task that he and Callum Yuan had taken on yesterday.

To capture a Guilty Dragon that had fled from the Dragon Clan’s homeland.

After all, it was a near-thousand-year-old adult dragon. Even though it was injured on its homeland, Callum Yuan and Dashiell, two adolescent dragons, had no complete certainty in facing it.

Not to mention...

Callum Yuan resolutely refused to let Dashiell intervene the moment he saw that Azure Dragon.

He wanted to deal with this Guilty Dragon on his own.

Because... this Azure Dragon before him was the culprit responsible for the tragic half-life experienced by both Callum Yuan and his mother.

Callum Yuan’s biological father.

Dashiell had always despised such Evil Dragons who bullied and oppressed others under the guise of the Dragon Clan’s identity. Now, seeing it clearly beaten but still wearing such an expression, he immediately put his hands on his hips, pointed at the Azure Dragon opposite, and shouted,

"What are you glaring at?! Trying to show off your big eyes? What if I dig out your eyeballs and soak them in Dragon Eye Wine?!"

After saying this, he looked towards Callum Yuan, indicating,

"I’ve already set up a barrier in the mountain. There will definitely be no issues this time. Rest assured and fight it. It’s best to pull out the remaining half-body Dragon Scales as well."

Avoid bringing shame to their Dragon Clan.

Seeing that Dashiell didn’t insist on getting involved, Callum Yuan’s expression softened slightly, and he simply said,

"I intended to."

All these years, he cultivated his demonic power, to become strong with his Half-Demon nature, until he could personally trample this dragon underfoot.

He had thought that such a time was still far off.

Yet, unexpectedly, this day had come so quickly.

Seeing the two young dragons openly discussing how to deal with him, the Azure Dragon grew even more furious, rushing at Callum Yuan,

"I am your biological father! How dare you lay a hand on me?!"

Hearing the words "biological father," Callum Yuan’s eyes momentarily darkened, hatred mixed with a killing intent unrestrainedly towards the other side.

Callum Yuan coldly stared at the Azure Dragon in front of him, articulating each word clearly,

"I, Callum Yuan, am born of the heavens, without father, nor mother."

Biological father...

Is he worthy?

Dashiell chimed in upon hearing this, angrily scolding the Azure Dragon,

"Someone like you worthy of being a father?! Let alone laying a hand on him, even if he beats you to death, no one would care a bit!"

After scolding, he turned to Callum Yuan, directly saying,

"Be bold, I’ll cover you if anything happens!"

Dashiell was to inherit the Security Bureau as a dragon and might even bear the Dragon Clan’s legacy in the future, fearing a mere Guilty Dragon?

Listening to Dashiell’s words, even knowing that he liked to exaggerate, Callum Yuan was still grateful for his intent.

Just like yesterday, upon learning that the escaped Azure Dragon was his father by blood, even knowing that he might get hurt confronting him alone, he still gave him the freedom to deal with the matter himself.

In the Mortal Realm for a century, he was no longer the isolated Half-Demon he once was.

He was Callum Yuan.

Aaron Hearne’s Callum Yuan.

And Callum Yuan of the Academy of Mystique, of the Mystic Regulation Office.

Without further ado, Callum Yuan once again gathered strength and fiercely charged toward the opposing Azure Dragon.

The young dragon, with demonic power so powerful and perfect it didn’t seem like a Half-Demon, also made the opposite Azure Dragon uneasy.

The dragon cub he had once deemed a "defective product" and discarded, within just a hundred years, had grown to this extent.

He couldn’t quite articulate his feelings.

Even when Simon plucked half his Dragon Scales and imprisoned him in the Dragon Clan’s homeland, he never regretted what he had done.

After all, being born a dragon, he naturally stood above humans; the might and pride of the Dragon Clan allowed him to act as he pleased.

But now, gazing at Callum Yuan, who carried demonic power around him, attacking him, he had a faint sense of regret.

This powerful dragon cub, born of his bloodline, could have been his and the Dragon Clan’s pride.

Where did it all go wrong?

But even if it was wrong, he couldn’t return to the past.

The only thing left to do was to make a mistake upon mistake.

The Azure Dragon’s eyes suddenly turned sharp, letting out a massive dragon roar towards the sky, then gathered his last bit of strength and fiercely collided with the incoming Callum Yuan.

The powerful Dragon Energy clashed once more.

Almost instantly, the entire mountain, beforehand sealed by Dashiell, became shrouded in thick mist.

Amidst the vast white fog, two dragon shadows, one large and one small, twisted and tore at each other.

Ultimately, Callum Yuan lost half of his Dragon Scales, and half of a Dragon Horn was bitten off, though severely injured, he was still breathing fine.

As for the Azure Dragon opposite, all of its Dragon Scales were stripped, and half its tail was torn off, leaving it nearly dead.

Numerous times, Dashiell couldn’t resist wanting to help, but seeing the coldness in Callum Yuan’s eyes, he could only restrain himself from the sidelines, watching until the victor was clear, before abruptly rushing up.

First, four demonic pillars locked the Azure Dragon tightly, then he hurriedly ran to Callum Yuan, scolding him,

"This was quite enough, were you really trying to kill yourself along with him?! He’s older than you by so many years, even if you both lose, you’re the one at a loss!"

Callum Yuan was still gasping for breath, unable to speak, letting Dashiell babble alongside him.

Veiled in a thick white mist, he looked through the fog, at the massive dragon finally lying still on the ground. The thorn lodged in his chest for years was finally, today, removed by his own hand.

He didn’t take his life.

But from now on, his bloodline would no longer be his shame.

Because he was just himself.

A slow smile crept across his face.

Callum Yuan tilted his head, looking at what seemed to be another figure amidst the mist.

It was a slightly hunched, female figure.

It was her.

His mother.

Even though she never loved him.

But why did he still occasionally think of her?

That gradually blurring silhouette in the mist was just like his memories.

Perhaps one day he would completely forget her appearance, or perhaps not.

It no longer mattered.

He closed his eyes, allowing a single tear to swiftly slide from the corner before disappearing silently into the mud beneath.
