The Devil Who Claimed Me

Chapter 20: The passionate night together

Chapter 20: The passionate night together

Once Ethan had disappeared, Dominic lifted her off the ground.

Mila gasped, encircling her arms around his neck. "Put me down."

"Let me carry you."

She giggled. "The neighbors will be watching."

"This is the least I care about." Dominic strode forward without slowing.

He might not care, but Mila did. It was the place where she had been living for years. She knew everyone in the building. Many of them were her patients.

How was she going to face them after tonight?

Embarrassed, she hid her face in his shoulder. It was a mistake.

The scent of his cologne filled her senses, intoxicating her.

As soon as they entered the elevator, she inhaled. "You smell good," she whispered, letting her lips brush over his neck.

His body went rigid.

"Mila," he called her in a warning tone. "Don’t provoke me. I’ll start right here. Then don’t blame me for being shameless in front of your neighbors."

"It’s not my fault. You carried me. I asked you to put me down."

Dominic arched an eyebrow. "You are surprisingly good at acting. Since you are constantly challenging my patience, I’ll do this."

He bowed to kiss her.

"No," she pressed a hand on his mouth, "not here. Control yourself."

"You are making it very difficult."

Once the elevator stopped, he carried her inside and closed the door with his foot. Whatever restraint they had dissolved.

His mouth found hers again. They stumbled toward the bedroom, hands sliding, gripping, exploring. The clothes were shed one by one urgently.

He lowered her onto the bed and leaned over her, his eyes dark with desire.

Mila’s heart raced wildly. The way he looked at her hungrily made her nervous. His grip on her waist was firm and possessive. The sight of his sexy physique above her sent heat through her veins.

"You are beautiful, Mila."

Mila’s stomach fluttered at his velvety, deep voice. When he kissed her neck, she shivered. She felt as though sparks were dancing beneath her skin wherever his fingers trailed.

He watched her face, the way her eyelashes fluttered every time he kissed her. He pressed his lips softly on her shoulder.

She closed her eyes involuntarily.

"Look at me," he demanded.

She did. And what she saw stole her breath.

He moved lower, slowly and deliberately. Then he dipped his head between her legs.

"What are you going to do?" she asked shakily, curious and hesitant at the same time.

He smirked. "Just feel."

He buried his head between her legs.

Mila gasped when she felt his tongue down there. A sensation unlike anything she had known before rushed through her. It was subtle at first, then intensified rapidly, sending heat curling through her body.

A moan escaped her mouth. The pleasure rose higher, maddening, overwhelming. Her body felt heavy and weightless at the same time. Every never felt alive.

She clasped the bedspread beneath her, stronger and stronger, until it overwhelmed her completely.

Dominic continued to stroke at the right spot with his tongue, firmly, relentlessly.

The wave finally crashed over her, her body shaking. It wasn’t mild or fleeting. It was powerful, consuming, something that stole her breath away.

For a moment, she couldn’t speak. There was awe in her face. She never knew she could feel something like this.

With Ethan, sex was an obligation. He was always in a hurry, focused only on his own pleasure. He had never cared about how she felt.

But Dominic was different. He had given priority to her. That realization only made her pulse quicken.

He lifted his head to look at her. She was still gasping from the aftermath. Her slightly parted lips seemed to invite him. He dragged his lips upward, kissing her inner thigh, her waist, her stomach.

The spark reignited again.

She arched toward him when his hands cupped her breasts. She had never felt wanted like this before.

When his kiss reached her neck, he whispered against her skin, "From now on, you are mine. You are not allowed to think about your ex-boyfriend."

Mila stilled, her heart skipping a beat. She had been thinking about Ethan, not in an intimate way. But she couldn’t stop herself from comparing him with big guy.

It was not her fault.

"I wasn’t thinking about him," she blurted, worried that he would misunderstand her.

"Good," he rasped, kissing the corners of her lips. "Because from now on, when you think about sex, you will only think of me. I’ll make you forget everything in the next few minutes."

He devoured her lips, more urgently.

Mila had not settled into the kiss when a gasp tore open her mouth.

He entered her with a force that startled her. The overwhelming sensation of fullness sent tremors through her body.

’He is so big.’ The thought arose in her mind. She didn’t want to compare him with Ethan, but she couldn’t help it.

When he moved a bit, she winced softly, her body tensing.

He noticed immediately. "Relax."

"It hurts."

He filled her completely, achingly, suddenly. The first sensation she felt was pain.

"You will start enjoying it." With a teasing glint in his eyes, he started moving in and out.

At first, he moved slowly, giving her time to adjust. The discomfort gradually melted. A rhythm formed between them.

Pleasure sensations replaced the hesitation.

"Mila," he breathed. "You feel so good."

She couldn’t articulate a response. When he increased his pace, she coiled her legs around him, pulling him closer.

Heat spiralled with more intensity inside her. Mila’s moan grew louder. She felt as if she would explode at any moment. But then he slowed, kissing her, tweaking her buds.

This kiss was not rushed as before. It was slower, softer, as if to tease her, make her crazy in need.

Mila desperately clasped his arms, urging him to give her the pleasure she was expecting. But Dominic wanted to prolong the moment a little longer.

He slowed his pace even more, pulling out and then pushing in. It was driving her crazy.

"Big guy, stop tormenting me already," she rasped. "I can’t hold it any longer."

"Then tell me what you want?"

"You know it."

"Say it."

Mila blushed under the intensity of his stare. "Make me come again," she whispered.

This was all he needed. He didn’t hold back.

The sensations deepened.

Her nails dug into his shoulders as the pleasure rose higher. And then it hit her again, harder this time. Sensations swept through her in powerful pulses again and again.

He continued moving in and out until she couldn’t think straight. He held her through the storm that hit them both.

Dominic didn’t pull away. He kept holding her until their breaths evened. He brushed his thumb across her cheek.

"How was that?" he asked quietly.

"It blew my mind away." Mila inched closer to him, snuggling into his arm and resting her hand on his chest. "I wish I knew your name."

At that, Dominic stiffened, a cloud darkening his face.
