The Chief Official is starting to drench in his cold sweats and stammers "I didn't. .."
'Is this woman heartless?! She is planning to get me executed! I have to think of a way-'
Maya gasps interrupting his thoughts "Oh! I won't even ask whether the hearing in this Court has people's representatives before making them as servants. I won't ever repeat the mistakes like I did last time! I will just sit silently and let the Royals take the lands from the farmers. It's very simplele to make them servants, isn't it? Or should I just stop visiting the Court?"
Alex smiles slyly and is lost in his own thoughts 'I like this lady more and more. Now I know why Xander didn't get rid of her yet. She doesn't fear them at all! Only if she knows how hazardous is to speak against them. It would be interesting to befriend her. Of course... For cousin's benefit'.
The common people in the Court gets anxious hearing Maya's words and looks at each other worriedly. Of course, they are worried whether they would lose the only Queen who spoke for them. Alas! People must be kept reminded repeatedly as they tend to forget everything easily! They never uttered a word when the audacious Official announces to imprison her!
Maya is like a whirlwind now with her words as she is so sick of being looked down by everyone. She continues "And I will have to let the servants or soldiers to be executed in streets. I won't even request The Emperor again to save some innocent life!"
She walks away from the Court in the intent to leave. Everyone is astonished hearing her words. Even Kalki isn't an exception. She smirks before speaking loud and clear "I am never stepping down to those streets again to save those disobedient people either if everyone's wants! Who knows? I might be executed for treason or conspiracy! I will take my leave then. I am grateful for everyone for hearing me".
Saying that she didn't wait for anyone and walked out of the court in hurry. She does not want to talk to anyone or face anyone's face. She is angry.
'After all, I have done and suffered they still want to get rid of me?!'
She steps down in the stairs while stomping the ground in fury.
'The rules of their realm can go to graves!'

She stops abruptly hearing a voice.

The court is in chaos.
Kalki glares at the Chief while everyone where busy looking at the direction in which Maya left.
Kalki glares at his soldiers to arrest the Chief Official.
But he smirks "You might have been rest assured thinking that I was the only person who was sent to imprison Madam Maya, Your Highness".
Xavier creases his eyebrows "What do you mean?"
Kalki notices Jonathan walking into the court with the Doctors and immediately orders "Protect Madam Maya!"
Jonathan is startled by Kalki's sudden order but again runs out to obey Kalki's order. As he sensed an urgency in Kalki's tone, he knows the order has to be done at once. Because he wouldn't wish to delay a moment and die in Kalki's wrath in future.
Xavier too steps down from his throne and stands near Kalki. He simply looks at Kalki for a gesture to know what was happening and why did he order to protect Maya all of a sudden.
'What could happen for Maya in the Royal Palace that too when both the Princes of The Northern Realm are still present in the Palace?'
More than that he is worried that something which only Kalki knows which might be that Maya is in danger.
Kalki simply grits his teeth and declares "Take this Offical away and the Court is dismissed!"
Since Jonathan was sent away again, he has no other choice than announce himself. To everyone's surprise, Kalki who is used to leave the Court only after every single one of them has left, today leaves first even without speaking to Xavier.
Xavier who was observing Kalki's serious aura now follows him closely. Something iy not right!
"What is happening, Xander?"
Kalki speaks without looking back as he is completely focused on finding Maya "He is just here a pawn".
Xavier gasps "What?"
Kalki hisses "They will arrest her today".
Xavier speaks hurriedly "But they won't unless we permit-"
Kalki jumps down directly from the corridor instead of taking the stairs and speaks "The Realms are not the same anymore since we attacked the Southern Realm first!"
Xavier stares at Kalki in shock as he never saw him being in a hurry or serious. He too jumps from the corridor and follows behind Kalki.
Kalki explains but his eyes are searching for Maya "There was a treaty which only the Emperors and The Crown Princes should know and abide! Attacking the Realms will nullify that Treaty so, The Imperial Court too does not need to inform us before imprisoning anyone! Even Royals are not exempted from it!"
Xavier is anxious after hearing this new information 'Treaty? Then they won't wait for our permission to arrest someone?! Which means..'
Kalki starts to run and looks at the soldiers guarding the corridor. As if understanding his look, one of them bows "Madam Maya went towards her chamber, Your Highness!"
Xavier frowns hearing the soldier and gasps running even faster "They have sent someone else to imprison Lady Maya?!"
Kalki grunts displeased "They would have sent at least dozens to just disrespect The Northern Realm by arresting her right under our nose".
Xavier growls in rage-filleded tone "This can't happen!"
Kalki agrees "Indeed!"
Meanwhile...
A man is standing before Maya and speaks "We need to imprison you for suspicion of conspiracy, Your Highness".
She grits her teeth and notices a group of soldiers in different attires. Her eyes catch a symbol of a bird in their clothes and frown 'They must be from The Imperial Court! I saw this symbol on that man's cloth! Why do they want to arrest me this desperately?!'
She orders sternly "Step aside!"
