Bhommi speaks anxiously "Then.. Then.. The shadow can only be destroyed...by his hands...as he awakened the evil soul by providing a sort of his will! .... like his consent! Not only that! We can't fight it too!"
Bhommi looks Maya worriedly "You too can't!"
Maya frowns "Why?"
Bhommi continues almost panicking "Because.. If it really took the blood from an Incomplete soul, that might give her powers to have a control over his Power Element! Then...it will be a complete disaster! Sister can't oppose your Power Element as you are her other half! Please tell me you didn't! Because we still have to solve the Cold Prison issue, we don't have any time to fight anything else at this moment!"
Bhoomi looks at Kalki expectantly while her anxiety is increasing each second.
Maya sneers while she is glaring at Kalki "You definitely did that. Do you even realize that the shadow tricked you knowing your weakness? It purposely took your mother's form. Knowing only you can destroy her now-"
Before she could even complete speaking, Kalki stands abruptly "I won't!"
Maya "..."
Bhommi "..."
Kalki declares gritting his teeth "I am not destroying my mother! Not when I have just got her back!"
Maya insists stubbornly "It's not your mother-"
But Kalki is in no mood to even hear her since they stated that his mother should be destroyed.
He interrupts her immediately "Yes! She is! Better stop treating her like an evil-"
Maya didn't miss his clenched jaw as he spoke harshly and states with equal harshness in her tone "She is evil! She almost killed me-"
Kalki speaks defending the shadow yet "She didn't! She was just afraid!-"
Maya is so mad now, she screams loud as she stepped towards Kalki "Of what?! We both know the truth! Do you even realize this situation?! The shadow must be destroyed-".
Suddenly, Kalki walks ahead in no time and grabs Maya's neck harshly. Maya steps back in that sudden force and clings to his hand to balance herself.
Feeling her gasps in shock, he hisses as if warning her "Don't even think of destroying her! If you did, you have to face me first! I will not hesitate to kill you even before you think of taking a single step towards my mother! I am ready to lose anything to keep my mother by my side this time!"
Maya keeps her shock aside and is surprised to see so much emotions oozing from him in a single day.
Seeing her eyes trying to see through his emotions, Kalki realizes that he lost control over his emotions at this point. He never acts impulsive!
He releases her from his hold by pushing her back slightly and looks away. He felt like a kid who was caught red handed while lying! And he hates feeling this way! He never gets anxious and never showed his real emotions to any stranger! Strangers could never provoke him at all! It's so strange that Maya could do that to him!
Maya "..." Why..why is he behaving as if I am going to kill Him instead of his mother?! Wait... He didn't even cared much for his life when I stabbed him!!! He looked so indifferent even when he was suffering before! Then.... Does he love his mother to this extent? The shadow almost killed him by trying to kill me! Though he doesn't know that real fact about the effects of my death to him, he still can't do this! How can he trust that evil shadow completely just because it took his mother's form?!
She shakes her head in defeat and decides to ignore him completely.
'It's fine that I am still alive.. But I can never trust this man! How can someone be so heartless while his brother-'
She suddenly remembered Xavier and sucks in a sharp breath. She turns to Bhommi urgently "We should save him!"
She didn't even think at all before blurting out her panic.
Bhommi tilts her head "..." Save who?
Kalki who was lost in his thoughts turns subconsciously "..." Save?
Maya grabs Bhommi's hand and gasps "Prince Xavier! He was thrown away by this wind storm!"
"What did you say?!"
Both Maya and Bhommi jumps startled hearing Kalki's loud roar.
Bhommi gulps seeing Kalki's rage filled glare and Maya looks at his sudden anxious behaviour curiously.
Kalki grunts "Take me to him at once!"
Maya wanted to irk him or even mock him for his sudden care. But she herself wants to find Xavier fast so she ignores him and runs towards the lawn of the garden.
But as soon as she turned towards the garden, Kalki runs ahead of her.
Maya "..."
She blinks dumbly 'Did he just...found the place? Just because I turned towards the garden?!'
Bhommi whispers "Didn't you already tell him that you would be going to the garden? He must have remembered".
Maya runs hurriedly too and couldn't help recall how Kalki suddenly became anxious hearing about Xavier.
'So at least he cares for someone...'
When they both reached the lawn, Kalki was holding Xavier's forehead.
Maya gets worried noticing the bruises on Xavier's face and mutters seeing his forehead bleeding "He must have hurt when the wind threw us away!"
Kalki asks in disbelief "You were talking uselessly all this time and you say about him now?! Such a useless woman!"
Maya "..." What wrong did I do?
Both see Kalki storming away from them and gasps seeing Kalki effortlessly carried Xavier as if he is just a leaf.
Maya notices Kalki's bleeding hand and frowns with even more seriously. She subconsciously follows him to the sick chamber curiously. She doesn't want to miss this rare occasion! Not after seeing his heartless side just few moments before.
Kalki makes Xavier lay on the bed and hurriedly opens his robe around his chest.
Maya "..." Do I need to turn away?-
Kalki stops his actions as soon as he sees the Cross Pendant. He lets out a relaxed breath and holds the Cross Pendant in his hand. He closes his eyes and Maya opens her eyes wide seeing Xavier's injured forehead starts to heal itself.
Her surprised eyes follows to Kalki whose eyes were closed. She couldn't believe what she is seeing.
'He can cure an injury with his powers?!'
