Chapter 154 - Can't be Understood! Never completely!

Chapter 154 - Can't be Understood! Never completely!

Xavier is standing in the Imperial Court waiting for Kalki. As soon as he hopped on Charles, he reached the Court without any thoughts! He already got to know that Kalki stepped out of Maya's carraige as soon as it reached the Palace. Now his anger subsided somehow hearing, Kalki didn't left Maya personally.

Even though it felt bad, he could only sigh satisfied.

He now wanted his answers! He doesn't know why he wanted to hear Xander before even visiting Maya. His anger made him to!

Seeing Victor entering the Court, he couldn't help glare at him. He is angry at everyone!

Victor bows respectfully in spite of Xavier's cold face "Your Highness".

Xavier stood sternly until he heard Kalki's hurried footsteps and a loud order!

"Reach The Southern Country's Royal Palace and continue spying the Royal families!".

Victor "...." I just returned from there....

Without any questions he simply bows "Yes, Your Highness!".

Kalki notices Xavier's cold face and orders "Tomorrow night, we will be there to plan our final strategy to attack the Southern Country. Assemble our generals from all parts of The Southern Realm. They should be aware of the whole strategies while we initiate the attack".

Victor nods and leaves after Kalki dismissed him. He couldn't help notice Xavier's coldness the entire time. He couldn't understand any reason and continues to perform his duty.

After Kalki and Xavier were left alone, Kalki declares disappointed "I should get rid of this Victor. He starts getting useless".

Xavier chuckles "I wonder what crime did he commit for that. As far as I know, he just performed his duty very well!".

Kalki frowns at Xavier's tone and states "I had to step in-".

Xavier lets out a sarcastic laugh and speaks "You don't have to explain anything, Xander. I have always been left behind in your plots. So, save it".

Xavier was so mad as he always felt annoyed by Kalki's secretive plots. He never shares his mind until Xavier insists!

He knows even today's incident too was one of his plans but he couldn't keep his calm for some reason. Because now he couldn't understand Xander at all!

The relation between brothers isn't supposed to be like this! Even though he can understand most of the times yet he couldn't.

Ever since his childhood he always wanted to become like his brother and get to know him completely. Eventually he always ends up being ignorant!

Kalki can't be understood! Never completely!

Kalki smiles faintly hearing Xavier's complaint and walks next to Xavier calmly. He holds his hand around Xavier's shoulder and asks patiently "Do you want to know my reason?".

The Elder Brother's sweet gesture to his angry Younger Brother!!

Due to Kalki's height slightly higher than him, Xavier tilts his head up to face Kalki yet remains silent.

'I am not going to insist anymore'.

Kalki speaks looking ahead "Since you wanted to give Her a chance, I thought to make use of her".

Xavier smiles subtly without showing it as he now understands why Xander chose to execute them suddenly.

'So..you gave her chance because of me?'

He speaks "You want to show everyone her kindness?".

He is angry. But not insane enough to not understand anything and blame Klaki madly.

(Author : Phew! The bond of brothers is not that weak though!! I wonder whether they will fight over a woman!)

Kalki sighs still looking ahead "However, you don't want her to be exiled. Then why not use her presence?".

Xavier raises his eyebrow "Why did you send Victor away deliberately? He just followed your orders".

Kalki smiles "You pretend like not understanding me, Xav. But you do..as always".

Xavier speaks "You obviously sent him away even after knowing that he arrived the previous day. Why are you angry at him?".

Kalki speaks letting Xavier's shoulder "He didn't get my plans" and sighs "Seems.. He is getting old".

Xavier sighs disappointed "He should have waited for her to stop this".

Kalki too gets disappointed and frowns remembering Maya's reaction. He mutters "She has no reason to be sad".

Xavier speaks sadly "She has a kind heart. She couldn't see anyone suffer. Even her enemies..".

Kalki's smirk gradually increases 'I beg to differ. She is not what she shows us to see'.

Xavier speaks suppressing his anxiety thinking about visiting Maya "I have to see the arrangements for The Contest-".

Kalki speaks "Let's finish planning a strategy before that. We will have no time tomorrow.

Xavier "..." I wish she is fine...This will take few hours and ...would she be alright?

-----

Maya's Chamber.

Maya senses Sarah's presence behind her and speaks hoarsely "I want to be alone for sometime".

Sarah speaks "It's already afternoon, Maya. You shouldn't be harsh on yourself-".

Maya declares "If you can't leave me alone, then I will find a peaceful place myself".

Sarah "..." Jesus! Is she warning me that she will leave if I don't?!

She nods sadly "I will be waiting for you.. Outside" and leaves defeated.

She couldn't help scream mentally 'Why does this angry Maya look so scary?! She leaves no chance to persuade her! She ends my whole prepared words with a warning note!'.

She steps out of the chamber and closes the door sadly.

Celina asks worriedly "Shall we bring her food?!".

Sarah sighs "She is still sitting there. She didn't even move an inch!".

Celina bites her lip and asks "Can I..just thank her? I couldn't believe she saved Luke without even telling me! She saved my family! I should be thanking her by kneeling in front of her now-".

Sarah shakes her head "Do not disturb her until she speaks herself. I will do something about this".

Celina asks earnestly "What are you going to do?".

Sarah speaks after thinking for a while "I should ask Madam Mary to pay a short visit".

Celina nods agreeing "Ma'am might listen to Her Highness. She wouldn't disrespect elders!".

Sarah nods and walks towards Madam Mary's Pavilion in the Royal Palace.
