He's doing much better!
He's doing much better!
Hello, everyone!
First, I'd like to thank all of you for being understand and so supportive in the comments. I really appreciate all of it and it meant the world to me.
I'm here to tell you all that he's doing much better! We know/are friends with a great doctor in the same hospital. He was the doctor who saved my life when I was hospitalized in the same hospital for DRESS Syndrome, an incredibly rare disease than can be fatal. This same doctor, Dr. Jesus, has discharged my father from the ICU and placed him in one of the best rooms in the entire hospital. My father is conscious, lucid, normal-colored and without severe symptoms, and he's still getting better. The speed at which he sought treatment was critical to this development.
This novel's true home is a different platform. Support the author by finding it there.
This is all to say that I'm much calmer and in a much better headspace after spending a few hours by his side today. I'm still in the hospital, but will leave soon, while my mother will stay with him. I'll be with him again tomorrow, or earlier than that if she needs me to.
I should be able to post tomorrow's chapter, and I'll try to post a chapter today. Once again, thank you all for being understanding and supportive.
L.E. Miranda.
