"Tian Niu." Hong Mei stood up eagerly waving at him once she saw his figure, "I’ve been waiting for you for so long, finally, I see you again."

"Your sister-in-law and Nannan have come looking for me. They were here a month ago, but I only found out just now. It’s been so long without any news from them, I’m really worried something might have happened to them," Tian Niu said.

"I’ve seen them, they are staying in the village and they seem to be doing well," Hong Mei said without hesitation.

Actually, she had noticed the presence of Gu Shuangshuang and her daughter long ago, but she is Hong Mei, not Gan Tian, and had no interest in visiting them.

So she deliberately ignored them.

She just wants to get close to Tian Niu to gather information, everything else can be ignored.
