Alice had a slight smile on her face because of the doll, but it didn’t last long. The box in Alice’s hands was snatched away by the girl with a lollipop before she could hold it steady.
"Let me see what you bought?" The girl’s actions were quick, not giving anyone time to react. She directly opened the lid and tilted the contents out instead of actually looking at them.
The carefully placed doll’s body scattered all over the ground in front of Alice.
Alice didn’t expect this reaction at all. Her expression first froze, then her eyes quickly reddened, but because she was looking down, no one saw her current expression.
The girl kicked the fallen doll parts with her toe, then even more excessive, stepped on the doll’s face right in front of Alice, saying infuriating words, "I thought it was some precious thing, turns out it’s just this. It’s nothing special, wrapped in such a gift box, what a waste of a nice box. Look closely, this doll is as ugly as you are."
