The next second, her arm was grabbed tightly by Ou Jue, his voice sharpening as his volume slightly increased. "Xia Xiyan, I’m talking to you!"
"I’m not hungry, I don’t want to go to the amusement park. I just want to go home right now."
Ou Jue stared at her for a long moment before slightly parting his thin lips. "No."
"I want to go home." Xiyan repeated firmly.
"I said no. You have to stay by my side all day today."
"Ou Jue!" Xiyan was completely furious now. She shook off his hand and snapped, "If you’re so free, why don’t you call Assistant Chen back to personally send Qiao Qianmo home! Earlier at the hospital, when you stopped Qiao Qianmo from leaving on her own and said Assistant Chen would take her, didn’t you see the grin on her face almost reaching the heavens? If you sent her yourself, your so-called cousin would probably feel like her heart just bloomed into a garden!"
After being with Ou Jue for so long,
