Qin Mo activated his Vanishing Technique, concealing his aura, rendering himself optically invisible, and evading all detection. Not even the Defense Towers could lock onto him. As he descended the mountain, no one noticed him, not even Wadu.
"Remaining energy: 78%... Remaining energy: 77%... Remaining energy: 76%..."
Wadu announced its remaining energy as if broadcasting it, seemingly pained by every bit of power it consumed.
However, it didn’t dare disobey its master’s orders. It continuously fired its Radium Light Radio at the Mecha on the Floating Mountain, completely unaware of the approaching danger.
Suddenly, with a CLANG, a streak of golden light struck Wadu. It yelped and immediately plummeted downward like a kite with a snapped string.

Atop the Floating Mountain, Wang Yi saw this and knew Qin Mo had succeeded.

But the Wood Puppet that had burst from the earth shot into the sky as if launched from a catapult. It roared, its hundred-meter-plus body scaling the Floating Mountain. The branches and vines covering it writhed and grew, stabbing into the mountainside like roots. With a sudden flick of its tail, it flung six Bronze Warriors onto the summit.
At the same time, Shen Xingnan leaped from the Wood Puppet Dragon’s head, Soaring in the Sky with a Sword. With a cold expression and a flick of her sleeve, she sent a cyan Flying Sword streaking toward Wang Yi.
"Master, watch out!"
Man Datou immediately shielded Prototype No. 1. Tossing aside his Iron-Clad Bow, he grabbed the Sand River Tyrant Halberd. Channeling both his Dragon Elephant Skill and Iron Cloth Shirt, he deflected Shen Xingnan’s Flying Sword with a loud CLANG.
Wadu’s Radium Light Radio was too fast for Man Datou to block, but Shen Xingnan’s Flying Sword followed a visible trajectory, and his reaction speed was just enough to keep up.
The sudden turn of events threw the summit of the Floating Mountain into brief chaos, but combat erupted immediately. Nangong Jin activated her Crossbow Machine Carriage, strafing Shen Xingnan with Flying Light Arrows. Yang Qingniu and the other militiamen drew their bows, loosing Bamboo Section Arrows coated in Fire Dragon Oil at her.
Beast Taisen, Leonidas, Iron Knee Boyka, the Rock Giant Scorpion, and others rapidly moved to engage the Bronze Warriors the Wood Puppet Dragon had flung onto the Floating Mountain.
Meanwhile, Zhang Lengzi used Invisibility and charged straight down the winding mountain road to attack.
In the distance, Qin Mo, who had been moving stealthily, could no longer be bothered with the Future Robot. He immediately turned back and launched a fierce assault on Shen Xingnan with his Sword Pill.

With a CLANG, Prototype No. 1 moved, shielding Nangong Jin. The Flying Sword struck its chest with a sharp crack, then wobbled as it fell to the ground, only to be stomped underfoot by the Mecha.
"Pfft!"
Shen Xingnan coughed up a mouthful of blood. Her Flying Sword had been destroyed, and she suffered from the backlash.
At that moment, the golden light struck again. With three sharp CRACKS, three more of Shen Xingnan’s Protective Talismans shattered.
Terrified out of her wits, she ignored everything else and fled desperately toward the Immortal Cave Mansion!
Just then, the Floating Mountain gave a sudden lurch. The Wood Puppet Dragon was putting its strength into it. Now like a giant centipede, the countless branches and vines of its body had rooted themselves deep inside the Floating Mountain. It raised its head and began to gnaw at the rock.
The ornament-like Bronze Warriors clinging to its body also began to scramble up the winding road, closing in on the summit.
"Take down that Wooden Dragon first!"
Wang Yi gave the order, and everyone immediately switched targets.
Soon, the Bamboo Section Arrows coated in Fire Dragon Oil set the Wood Puppet Dragon alight. The hundred-meter-long beast seemed terrified of fire, letting out a piercing screech as the flames spread rapidly across its body. Within moments, it was engulfed in fire from head to tail.
"BELLOW!"

The Wood Puppet Dragon’s massive body looked terrifying, but it was a paper tiger. Aside from brief flight, burrowing, and controlling the rapid growth of its vines, it had no other abilities. Its body wasn’t durable either; when hit by Zhang Lengzi’s Blade Storm, it began to crumble, practically disintegrating on contact.
Zhang Lengzi’s Blade Storm lasted only ten seconds, but it nearly sliced the Wood Puppet Dragon in half.
The next moment, the hundred-meter-long beast dragged its ruined body away from the Floating Mountain, wreathed in roaring flames like a true Fire Dragon.
A volley of Flying Light Arrows strafed it, and a streak of golden light shot through its form. After less than ten seconds in the air, the Wood Puppet Dragon exploded, disintegrating into a rain of fire that fell to the earth below.
