Xiang Tianchen’s bravado instantly vanished. "The Island Protection Array is... the Island Protection Array! It was activated after Ruins No. 2 was explored. It’s powered by Spirit Stones and provides real-time protection for the entire island. It has a Durability of one million! Do you have any idea what one million Durability means? You’ll never break through with your puny swords and sabers!"
"Is that so?"
Wang Yi’s voice rang out. "With this Island Protection Array active, does that mean you can’t get in either?"
"I can’t! You either have to break the array, or get Xing’Er to shut it down!"
Xiang Tianchen’s eyes darted around. "Brother Mecha," he added, "I can tell they all listen to you. Since we’re already here, could you let me contact Xing’Er? I’ll have her ransom me. Wang Yi shook his head gently. He maneuvered the Floating Mountain higher and higher, rising above the range of the Island Protection Array until it was positioned directly over the center of the island. Then, he activated the Floating Mountain’s auto-attack function.

The raging wind billowed, scattering many of the explosive bubbles and blowing them off course from the main peak, causing them to land elsewhere.
Some of the bubbles were even blown about by the gale so forcefully that they exploded in mid-air.
"Yang Wanli, show yourself!"
A sharp cry rang out. Shen Xingnan was Soaring in the Sky with a Sword, appearing above the main peak. She leveled her gaze at the summit of the Floating Mountain, her face a mask of cold arrogance. She saw Prototype No. 1 on the mountain, and Xiang Tianchen clutched in its hand. "Xiang Tianchen!" she roared in fury. "So it was you who brought them here!"
Xiang Tianchen quickly replied, "It wasn’t me! I was captured! Xing’Er, save me!"
"Hmph! You useless trash! You completely wasted the Sword Immortal Inheritance, and now you have the nerve to beg for help? You might as well just die!"
