Total readable if you are bored. Not bad in terms of world building. It's kinda fluffy, slice of life interlaced with assassinations for political power. 7/10.

This looks kinda like a comic I tried to read once but couldn't get more then a few chapters in because of how unbelievably stupid the mc was. It has the "clever" tag but is he? edit: this is the same story as the comic and the difference is huge. The comic was done so badly it make this seem to be very amazing.

I think people are too harsh on this novel's rating. Yes, it is not as good as the serious kingdom building novels from rr.But if you liked rtw and wanted the same genre( or knockoff version), it can be a fun popcorn read.

there was a manhua of this 300+ chapters I think it is quite good but it feels like heading to Xuanhuan style novel since I last read it I was more of hoping for them to develop in technological aspect.

It really depends on your tolerance for chinese unfunny jokes, grammatical errors, irrelevant author/translator notes, and the randomly thrown markers in every damn paragraph.What i liked about it so far, is that the MC does not randomly 'gotta go stupid', and take somewhat actual rational choices, and not being a total arrogant jackass or drunk on power. The story starts with the MC is discussing the offer to buy the city, so he is already a transmigrator and familiar with his powers, and no spending hundreds of chapters familiarizing himself with his new-found powers.I'll give a 6/10.
