Chapter 950 919: The Extent of Loyalty

The wolf pup in Xiao Lin's arms awoke from its injuries and bit down on Xiao Lin's arm. After a hiss, he moved to pry open the wolf's fangs, glaring at its wild nature. But before he could treat his wound, those people were already rushing in with weapons.

"Why are you here?" Xiao Lin knew Yelü Shou's meaning and slapped the wolf pup's head as if warning it that biting him again would have dire consequences.

"Followed you here." Miao Shaoqing stepped forward, his longsword facing Nu Ba.

"He's my man; I won't let you touch him." Yelü Shou took a step toward the direction of Miao Shaoqing's sword tip.

With Miao Shaoqing leading the people of Miao Family Village, they all grabbed weapons and faced Yelü Shou, appearing ready to fight, as Miao tribe people always united together fiercely.

"Let's hear Shaoqing's reasoning first." At this moment, Xiao Lin turned into a moderator for the third-party. "If you don't have a solid reason to kill this man, I won't side with you either."

"Ever since you got off the airplane, you've been followed by another group. You recognize this person, don't you?" He threw a bundle at Nu Ba's feet. "Open it and see."

"Lend me your knife." Yelü Shou took Miao Shaoqing's knife and handed it reversed to Nu Ba. "We don't need to go to Miao Family Village; Elder Miao isn't there now." Miao Shaoqing packed up the equipment and buried the head in a hole. "That villager didn't deceive you earlier; Elder Miao had indeed led Miao Family Village's people here, but about half a year ago, he left the village alone.
