“This damn dog is the most untrustworthy, always wanting something for nothing!” Ye Fan walked over.

“Kid, I haven’t even settled accounts with you yet, and you dare talk about closing the door and releasing the dog…” the big black dog bared its teeth.

“Behave yourself, don’t cause trouble…” Ye Fan secretly transmitted his voice. “Don’t forget why we came here!”

Then he extended his hand. The Desolate Halberd lying at the base of the cliff transformed into a streak of black light that shot into the sky, returning to his grasp.

Many people felt their hearts tighten. Qingyi spoke. “Leviathan Prince, what are you planning to do?”

The Leviathan Prince said nothing, only gave Ye Fan a glance before turning into a streak of golden light, rushing into the sky and disappearing in an instant.

Not long after, a little demon came to report that the Leviathan Prince had left this space.

The battle had finally ended. The demon cultivators gradually dispersed, and Ye Fan and Tu Fei returned to Qingyi’s residence.

Before long, Yan Ruyu appeared and came to Qingyi’s residence. She also hinted to Ye Fan that this place was unsafe for him.

“The Ageless Chamber… is that the ancient hall the Azure Flood Dragon Monarch obtained?” Tu Fei asked in surprise.

The people present seemed unwilling to talk about this topic. They only nodded, without offering any detailed explanation.

“Little brother Ye, if you wish to remain here, you can stay in my residence.” Yan Ruyu spoke, tucking her long hair behind her ear. Her flawless face seemed as delicate as could be.

Ye Fan understood, this was goodwill on her part, fearing that someone might plot against him and steal the Motherly Energy Source Root, so she invited him to her place.

“Couldn’t be better. Thank you, Fairy Yan, for your kindness.” Tu Fei answered on his behalf before Ye Fan could speak.

“Then I’ll trouble you, Princess Yan.” Ye Fan had no choice but to nod.

The big black dog seemed listless, but a glint flashed in its eyes, it had come for the ancient scripture, and entering the residence of a descendant of a great demon emperor was just what it wanted.

Ye Fan chose a quiet place, at the mountaintop, pines framed the scenery, halls nestled in greenery, and a murmuring stream wound past before plunging off the cliff.

“What kind of place is the Ageless Chamber?” Once they were alone, Ye Fan asked Tu Fei.

“It’s an ancient hall left behind by a sage of old, obtained by the Azure Flood Dragon Monarch. Training inside it slows the passage of lifespan, it has the wondrous effect of not aging.”

“So magical?” Ye Fan was surprised, but also wary. Such a feature would be perfect for giving the other presence inside Pang Bo a chance to survive.

“The Ageless Chamber is indeed mysterious. The Azure Flood Dragon Monarch has been studying the complex dao runes on it, trying to learn the secret of agelessness.”

“This is a priceless treasure!” The big black dog’s eyes lit up. “If we copy the dao runes inside, they’ll be useful in the future.”

“Go cool off somewhere else!” Tu Fei still held a grudge about being bitten by the dog.

“Where is the Ageless Chamber? Can you take me to see it?”

After learning the details, Ye Fan stroked his chin but said nothing more.

Late at night, Ye Fan and the big black dog silently met up and flew high into the sky, watching the ancient hall on the clouds from afar.

“It’s you…” Ye Fan instantly recognized her, it was the enchantress Qin Yao.

Qin Yao smiled softly, her eyes like flowing water, full of charm. “Out so late, where did you go?”

“Taking a walk in the pines.”

“Lies. Little one, you came here with ill intentions.”

Ye Fan laughed loudly. “I came to fulfill my promise, to ‘slaughter without restraint.’”

“Little brat, what do you know?” Qin Yao, a true enchantress, gave him a sidelong glance, full of charm.
