Chapter 2227: Planning a wedding

"These are the places that we’ll need security in."

Though they were supposed to be planning for a wedding, these were the things that were being discussed.

It wasn’t that they were preparing security because it was a royal wedding.

It was all because they knew that this wedding was supposed to be a distraction, which made it a likely target for the forces of Destruction.

Hearing them talk about this made me feel guilty since I knew that Noah was using his wedding like this for me. Though it wasn’t all completely for me since it was also for the good of the continent, I knew that it was mainly because of me.

As such, I really wanted to do something for him.

"Go and prepare for your trial." That was what Noah or the people that he assigned to chase me away would say.

The shadow guards had been trained to serve the royal family and be deathly loyal to them. In the first place, they were supposed to sacrifice themselves if it was necessary to protect the royal family.

Which also made it a bit ironic that she was joining the royal family as an in law.

Still with Sakura’s help, things definitely became much easier.

The invitations were sent and everyone agreed to come.
