“ Anna, Anna... ” he paused and then added

“ Peter, Peter is no more now ” he said while stuttering.

“ What nonsense are you talking? What do you mean by he isn't there? He must be with you, don't fool around me, call him to talk to me right now ” she yelled while holding her chest, her heart was pounding and hands had already started shaking, but she was not in the state to accept the truth.

“ Anna, he is no more, I, I have tried hard to change his mind, but, but he didn't listen to me and continue chasing after the King and, and that King killed him, he killed Peter, I'm sorry I couldn't save him, I'm sorry, I, I... ” he said with hoarse voice, and then his voice disappeared.

Tears were dropping down from her eyes as if these events happened just few seconds ago, and she lost her brother right now. She then wiped her tears and only then she heard the sound of sobbing, she immediately turned back. To her surprise, her father was standing behind her, and was sobbing by holding another Picture of Peter.

“ D..Dad, when did you come here ? ” she asked while trying to hold her tears.

“ Anna, what do you think of me? Was I too hard on him? ” he asked with hoarse voice.

“ Well, I know you always think that I was partial about you and him because he wasn't my biological son, but, but it wasn't true, I do love him, I loved him as I love you, but I never showed him, because I wanted to make him stronger, I knew his dream and that's why I wanted him to face his problems himself, and never supported him, but I cared about him. But now, the biggest regret I have is I never told him how much I loved him, but now, you see, I want to hug my son, I want to tell him that I love him, but, he is no more, he is no where.. What should I do? P, Peter, I love you, I love you my son ” he started sobbing again.

“ Dad... ” she mumbled, she hadn't seen her father like this, her father was one of the richest person in the country, and always wear a cold face against everyone including Peter, only she was exception, her father always treated her like princess and fulfilled her every wish. Sometimes she used to complain her father as she felt that her father was being partial in love. She felt that her father didn't love her brother as he wasn't his biological son.

His father was very down to earth man, he wanted his children to face the difficulties themselves and that's why he didn't provide them special security or something and let them do what they want, let them live like common people and do what they want. But, in showing love, he was always partial, treating Anna as princess and Peter as his relative.

Anna hadn't imagine that her father had hidden this side of him, he truly loved his son and was now broken due to his death and that's why he was sobbing like that. It isn't easy for a man to see his young son die before you.

She circled her arms around him and kept weeping, she wanted to weep longer and let her tears fell that she was trying to suppress since long time.
