Chapter 556: Chapter 556: Attracting Bees and Butterflies Everywhere

Summer Sutton was busy all day today, working late into the night, and she hadn’t had dinner yet, leaving her stomach completely empty.

After leaving the set, Adrian Walyon didn’t drive straight home; instead, he first took her to a restaurant.

Even though it was already late at night and eating anything to fill the stomach would suffice, he did something extremely extravagant. Adrian Walyon ordered every dish on the menu...

Summer Sutton thought he was being incredibly wasteful.

But Adrian Walyon didn’t care much about that.

"The food here is pretty good, try them all," he said, helping her with each dish.

He ordered so much not because he was worried Summer Sutton wouldn’t be full, but so she could try a little of everything.

Since she didn’t have much time to eat properly, he wanted her to eat to her heart’s content at once and try everything she hadn’t before.

By the end of the meal, Summer Sutton was full after having just a bite of each dish.

As they left, a pile of food remained.

Summer Sutton had seen lavishness, but never anyone as extravagant as Adrian Walyon.

Who orders the entire menu just to taste it all in one go, only to have just one bite of each dish?

The life of the wealthy is indeed beyond her imagination.

When they got home, it was very late.

While Adrian Walyon was washing up, he deliberately looked at the bite marks on his neck left by Summer Sutton.

They were lined up neatly and still hadn’t faded after a couple of hours.

Adrian Walyon stared at them for quite a while, the corners of his lips curling slightly.

...

After that day, Summer Sutton clearly felt Adrian Walyon’s social engagements had decreased significantly. After work, if Summer Sutton was still busy, he would come to the set to accompany her.

Adrian Walyon’s visits to the set had two purposes: one was to accompany Summer Sutton, and the other, in truth, was to keep an eye on Ryan Walyon.

His intentions were obvious; he didn’t want to give Ryan Walyon any opportunity to interact with Summer Sutton.

Summer Sutton understood his intentions and was quite speechless about it.

If there had been any chance between her and Ryan Walyon, something would have developed during the year they lived apart. Why wait until she and Adrian Walyon reunited?

With Adrian Walyon around, it was as if a giant spotlight was added to the scene, and wherever he sat was dazzling even without additional lighting.

Many eyes were watching Adrian Walyon, especially those of the actresses present.

A man with power, influence, and looks is desired regardless of whether he’s married or not.

Whether married or not, there are always many women trying to get close to him.

Within ten minutes of Adrian Walyon arriving on set, there were at least dozens of actresses staring at him.

After half an hour, someone even mustered the courage to go up and strike a conversation.

Summer Sutton was still busy right beside him!

She was his rightful wife!

Yet she was being so completely ignored even though she was right there.

With her peripheral vision, Summer Sutton glanced at Adrian Walyon’s direction and saw an actress walking toward him, preparing to give him her room number. Angrily, she clenched the file in her hand.

She slapped the file down on the side, stood up, and walked briskly toward Adrian Walyon.

"Honey~" In front of everyone, she intentionally softened her voice, calling him tenderly.

Adrian Walyon was taken aback by her; the sip of tea he had just taken almost spat out.

"I think you’re kind of distracting the crew’s filming here. How about we find somewhere else to sit?" Summer Sutton walked over to him, intimately linking her arm with his, and smiled sweetly.

"Where to? The hotel room?" Adrian Walyon glanced at her sideways, teasing lightly.
