Chapter 473: Chapter 473: Sending Her Home (Extra Chapter for Monthly Tickets)

Adrian Walyon grabbed her and continued walking towards the roadside.

He hadn’t driven here and flagged down a taxi to shove her in.

Summer Sutton was uncooperative.

"I don’t want to, I can go back myself!" She held onto the car door, intending to resist, but Adrian Walyon cast a cold glance over her without considering her objections.

Grabbing her shoulder, he lifted and tossed her in like a sack.

The tall body squeezed in after her, and Adrian Walyon’s indifferent command to the driver was, "Drive."

"Where to?" the driver asked casually.

Adrian Walyon accurately gave an address.

What street, what building number, which tower, which floor.

Summer Sutton suddenly lifted her face, looking at him incredulously.

The address Adrian Walyon gave was her apartment!

He knew where she lived?

Adrian Walyon didn’t explain, staring straight ahead, his face expressionless since getting in the car.

But what didn’t he know about her?

He knew she went to Ryan Walyon’s wedding, knew about Gina Sutton being ousted because of her, knew so many things about her over the past year.

Summer Sutton stared at him blankly for a long, long time, her mind somewhat empty.

The car moved slowly on the road; the night wind blew in through the window, bringing a chill.

Summer Sutton, having drunk too much, felt uncomfortable and drowsy on the way back.

The car’s interior was somewhat cramped; she changed her posture several times but couldn’t get comfortable.

Adrian Walyon turned his head to glance at her and did something that surprised Summer Sutton.

He supported her head, placing it on his lap.

Summer Sutton’s body stiffened, lying on him without daring to move.

Adrian Walyon continued to stare straight ahead, never speaking a word the entire time.

Summer Sutton’s stomach felt uneasy tonight, and her head was dizzy.

Halfway through, she fell asleep.

Upon arriving at Summer Sutton’s apartment, Adrian Walyon got out of the car first.

Summer Sutton woke up to the sound of the car door, feeling somewhat disoriented.

Adrian Walyon looked down at her still sitting in the car.

Summer Sutton met his gaze in her haze, fearing she’d be dragged out again, she quickly got out herself.

"I can go in myself." Not daring to look back at him, she tried to enter the compound, walking forward a few steps, but suddenly her vision blurred, and she fell to the ground in embarrassment.

Summer Sutton was unconvinced, dusting off her clothes and trying to continue forward, but her alcohol-softened body was weak; her legs hadn’t straightened yet and she sat back on the ground.

After several attempts without success, she grew somewhat discouraged, collapsing onto the ground, refusing to move.

Adrian Walyon’s gaze slowly swept toward her direction, silently watching her child-like stubbornness on the ground for a while, before walking over and bending down to lift her up.

His actions were considerably gentler than before.

Unlike when he had put Summer Sutton into the car earlier, using brute strength.

This version of him made Summer Sutton lose her focus.

Looking up at his sharply handsome face above her, Summer Sutton momentarily felt dazed.

Adrian Walyon said nothing, carrying her quietly inside the compound.

Entering the elevator, he pressed the button for her floor, and upon reaching it, placed her outside her apartment, and began to search her for the keys.

His actions were straightforward, hands searching Summer Sutton without regard for her earlier declaration of breaking up.
