“What sort of assistance?” Isabella asked curiously.
“That depends on why it’s complicated,” Aphrodite replied.
“I’m not sure you can help, so I’m not keen on speaking about it,” Isabella replied.
“Shame, but I can’t force you,” Aphrodite said in disappointment.
“I suggest you tell her about it,” Emma suddenly said.
“Why?” Isabella asked.
“Aphrodite here might not look like it, but she is also over two thousand years old,” Emma replied.
“Seriously!” Isabella asked in shock before looking at Aphrodite and asking, “Are you also a vampire… I mean, brood?”
“Hahaha, no,” Aphrodite laughed before flashing a flirtatious smile and saying, “I don’t drink blood but something else.”
“What?” Isabella asked.
“Semen,” Aphrodite replied with a wink.
“What?” Isabella asked with a frown.
“Aphrodite is a succuba, similar to what we would know as a sucubus,” Emma replied.
“Sucubus, as in the female demon from folklore that engages in sexual activities with men and feeds off their sexual energy?” Isabella asked.
“That’s strangely accurate,” Aphrodite said thoughtfully before continuing, “We succuba extend our lifespans by feeding off the energy contained within the fluids both sexes ejaculate.”
“So both men and women?” Isabella asked with obvious interest.
“That’s correct,” Aphrodite replied before asking with a smirk, “Why do you seem so interested?”
“No… no reason,” Isabella replied quickly while she avoided eye contact.
“Uh-huh, sure,” Aphrodite replied while giving her a flirtatious wink.
“Sucubus where rumoured to have power over men in folklore, is that the same for succuba?” Isabella asked to change the subject.
“We do indeed have the ability to influence those who are attracted to us,” Aphrodite replied.
Isabella thought for a few moments, then sighed and said, “Fine, I’ll tell you.”
“Well, that was entertaining to watch,” Tephe said with a smile as the group looked at the holographic screen above her uniband that showed the footage from the recon drone.
“You seriously just sank a Russian sub?” Benson asked in shock.
“The same Russian sub that fired a cruise missile at all of us,” Adam replied.
“I’m not disagreeing with your actions, I’m just shocked that you were able to do it, and so easily,” Benson replied as he once again continued to lead the way.
“Are we almost there? We keep getting interrupted.” Tephe asked with a pout.

“We are,” Benson replied as they reached the top of the stairs and saw a pair of guards standing in front of a door.
“Benson, are they the ones Lady Flemming authorised to see the young master?” One of the guards asked as they saw the group approach.
“That’s correct,” Benson replied.
“Who are they to think the young master would want to waste his time meeting them?” The other guard asked in annoyance as he saw how two beauties were clutching onto the man between them before he added, “Especially a Playboy like this.”

“Watch your tone, these are Lady Flemming's orders,” The first guard replied.
The guard was about to reply when Adam said, “Well, if it isn’t Greg.”
“Do I know you?” Greg asked while Benson stepped aside nervously.

“No, we’ve never met, but I have a question for you,” Adam replied while gently unhooking his arms from Stacey and Tephe, neither of whom complained since they knew what was about to happen.
“I’m not inclined to answer the questions of some random Playboy,” Greg retorted in an annoyed tone.
“Oh dear Tephe, I do believe this man is jealous,” Stacey suddenly said in a mocking tone.

“I do believe you are correct, Stacey,” Tephe replied in a similarly mocking tone.

“Hehe,” Stacey giggled before saying, “He also seems to lose the ability to speak coherently when angered.”
“Well, what can we expect from a weak-minded individual who’s stuck guarding a family traitor,” Tephe stated with a smirk.
“Da hell?” Greg asked angrily as he bashed his teeth and his fingers flexed near his sidearm.
“Don’t do anything stupid, Greg,” the other guard warned.
“Yeah, Greg, be a good little boy and answer this elder's question,” Tephe said smugly.
“You're enjoying this way too much,” Stacey remarked, though she was smiling in amusement.

“Elder? What da fuck you talking about, little girl?” Greg cursed while Benson and the other guard wore confused looks.
“You might not believe this, but Tephe is the oldest person here,” Adam said as he instinctively stroked her long white hair while adding, “In fact, she’s older than the rest of us combined.”
“Bullshit, she does look a day over twenty,” Greg cursed.
“Hehe,” Tephe said happily as she enjoyed Adam’s caress.
“Stop spoiling her so much,” Stacey pouted before pointing at Greg and asking, “You. Why did you delete the correspondence from Robert Flemming’s phone?”
“Corospondence?” Greg asked in confusion.
“She means the chat history between Robert Flemming and Nada Keita, you dumbass,” Adam remarked.
“Who the fuck your calling a dumbass you dumbass?” Greg retorted.

“I think I need to have a word with Lady Flemming about the people her family hires,” Adam remarked.
“All brawn and no brains, it seems,” Stacey stated in agreement.
“God damnit, I so want to kill you all right now,” Greg cursed angrily before asking, “What the fuck did I do you any of you?”
“Were you not listening?” Stacey scoffed before adding, “We want to know why you deleted the messages between Robert Flemming and Nada Keita.”
“Also, we’re not too happy with how you called Adam a Playboy,” Tephe replied.

“I have no idea what message conversation you're talking about,” Greg said adamantly before adding, “Also, I hate all Playboys.”
“Because he has no luck with women,” the other guard muttered.

“You know, if you're gonna lie about something, at least make sure there’s no evidence to prove that you're lying,” Adam remarked before he held up his wristband, causing a holographic screen to appear.
“What the fuck!” Greg cursed again.
“What’s that?” The other guard asked in shock.

“A holographic screen showing a video of you deleting the message correspondence," Adam replied as the security footage began to play.
“Greg, you idiot, what the hell have you done?” The other guard asked angrily.
“Just what the young master ordered me to do,” Greg replied.
“You idiot. Our job was simply to keep the young master here; no one said anything about obeying his commands,” The guard said in exasperation.

Adam sighed and ran his hand through his hair while he said, “You know, the original plan was to eliminate you along with Robert for what you did.”
“WHAT!!” Both Greg and the other guard shouted in shock while reaching for their sidearms.
Adam wasn’t bothered by their actions and just continued, “But now I’ve changed my mind, I honestly just can’t bring myself to kill someone so stupid that has obviously just been used for his stupidity.”

“I guess being an idiot just saved your life, congrats,” Stacey said while flashing a smirk.
“Gee, thanks,” Greg replied before asking, “But what’s this about you killing the young master?”
“Oh, I guess Lady Flemming didn’t tell you,” Adam replied before explaining, “Your young master was secretly being manipulated by Nada Keita and the pair sent kidnappers and assassins after someone I care about. Luckily, we were there to prevent said kidnapping and assassination, but because of his actions, Robert is going to die just like Nada.”
“Nada Keita is dead?” The other guard asked in shock.
“You can’t seriously expect me to let you kill my own cousin?” Greg asked angrily.
“Cousin?” Adam, Stacey and Tephe all asked in surprise.
Benson suddenly coughed before saying, “Greg’s full name is: Greg Chambers. He is the son of Thomas Flemming’s brother and so is Lady Flemming’s nephew and young master Robert’s cousin.”
