Chapter 127 - 126 : A killer maid
Chapter 127 - 126 : A killer maid
In the next second, Arthur found himself inside the same training hall he was in before.
He sighed in relief.
"Thank god we’re outside. I myself hated that place inside that ring," he said.
Suddenly, a voice came beside him, yelling.
"What the hell did you do? What did you do to my clothes?!"
Arthur looked beside him.
A red-haired beauty was trying to cover herself with her hands.
The clothes she was wearing before were sliding off her body, way too big for her now.
Elizabeth looked toward her body in shock.
It looked like she had been turned into a teenager—the same age as Arthur.
Despite the transformation, she still looked ravishing.
Her crimson hair fell in soft waves past her shoulders, framing her delicate face. Her red eyes burned with fury, but even in her anger, her beauty was undeniable—her skin flawless, her features sharp yet elegant.
She tried to gather her power.
Nothing.
She couldn’t feel her full strength.
She glared at Arthur, her voice rising.
"This was not what you said! I can’t use all of my powers!"
Arthur, who was very carefully looking toward her like a true man enjoying the beauty of nature, said casually, "Oh, that. I lied about that. I’m restricting you to the power of a B-ranker. I just didn’t know your body would change with it."
He paused, smirking.
"And by the way, you have a beautifull mole on your chest."
Elizabeth’s face turned red.
A vein popped on Elizabeth’s forehead.
She tried to lunge at Arthur.
But the moment she did, the star-shaped mark on her back flared.
A searing pain tore through her body, just like before.
She screamed in agony and collapsed onto the floor, gasping for breath.
Arthur looked at her pitifully.
"Do you think I was an idiot or something? To free a crazy bitch like you without any precaution?"
He smiled.
"Now, whenever you try to go against me, this will happen to you. So I suggest you improve your behavior, or I’ll make you wash our toilets."
Elizabeth still glared at him through the pain, her body trembling.
Arthur shook his head.
"Now go and take a bath. You’re stinking," he said.
Elizabeth’s face burned with anger and embarrassment.
Arthur continued.
"I’ll send someone with a fresh set of clothes. Just don’t kill them. And they’ll tell you where I am."
He grinned.
"Now, with this younger version of yours, we can both join the academy."
He licked his lips.
"There, you’ll serve all my needs, anytime I want."
A chill ran down Elizabeth’s spine.
Arthur walked toward the exit, still smiling at her as if he had outsmarted her yet again.
Elizabeth slammed her fist on the ground again and again, her voice rising in frustration.
"Damn it! Damn it all! Don’t you dare think it will always be like this! I will get my chance!"
Her voice turned venomous.
"And when I do, I will first cut that tongue of yours!"
She started laughing madly, the sound echoing through the empty training hall.
After a while, she stopped.
She sat there, breathing heavily.
Then she muttered, "Where did he say the bathroom was again?"
She got up slowly and started walking toward it.
Just as Elizabeth came out of the shower in the training hall, she found a maid standing in front of her.
The maid wore glasses on her face and held a fresh new set of clothes in her hands.
Elizabeth immediately took the fresh set of clothes from her and changed into them.
But something was wrong.
Elizabeth’s blood ran cold as she saw it was a maid outfit.
The black and white uniform fit her surprisingly well, accentuating her figure. The skirt was modest but elegant, and the crisp white apron tied neatly around her waist. Despite her fury, she looked like a perfectly refined maid—beautiful and composed.
The maid looked sternly at Elizabeth.
"So you’re the new maid Young Master Arthur has chosen to serve him," she said.
She handed over a pair of shoes and added, "My name is Kavia. I am the head maid of this manor."
She crossed her arms.
"And your master has requested me to drill everything a proper maid has to know to serve their master. So your training starts from right now."
She looked Elizabeth up and down.
"Get ready. We only have 24 hours before Young Master Arthur leaves for Celestias Academy."
The first thing that came into Elizabeth’s mind after looking at that outfit was to kill the woman in front of her and drink her blood.
But just as that thought came, the star mark on her back flared.
Pain shot through her spine.
Elizabeth immediately erased that thought, gritting her teeth.
’I have to be patient. Be patient. I will get my chance.’
She took a deep breath and looked at Kavia.
"So, Miss Kavia... where do we start?" she said.
Kavia smiled.
"Now that’s the spirit. You look like a promising one."

Inside the manor, at a large dining table, Yuna was drinking black coffee while Arthur ate his food after training.
Suddenly, Yuna spoke.
"I just heard that you hired a new maid for yourself," she said.
Arthur stopped eating, a smile spreading across his face.
"You’ve heard right. She was begging in the streets for food, and I hired her," he said.
Yuna raised an eyebrow.
"Oh? When did that happen?" she asked.
Arthur said casually, "When I was inside the Null Realm."
Yuna tilted her head.
"So she was begging for food inside the Null Realm and followed you here for a job as a maid?"
Arthur nodded.
"Hard to believe, right? Maybe she saw the greatness inside of me."
Yuna pulled Arthur’s ear.
He groaned in pain." Ow ow ow "
"Just a few moments ago, I felt the presence of a vampire inside the house. It’s her, isn’t it?" she said.
Arthur winced.
"Yes, yes. Can you please let go now?"
She suddenly let go and sighed.
"Isabella is also coming today. Her mother called me," she said.
Arthur, rubbing his ear, looked up.
"And why is she coming?" he asked.
Yuna looked at him.
"You tell me. Did you promise her you’d take the entrance exam together? "
Arthur thought for a moment.
"Now that you said that, yes, I do remember saying something along those lines."
Just as he said that, a maid came running into the room.
"Miss Isabella Crown has arrived," she said.
