"Warming his bed? Offering myself to him?"
The little one’s words made Liang Qingren blush furiously, her face turning as red as an apple. "This... this isn’t quite right. That’s too bold," Liang Qingren said, lowering her head, her voice growing timid.
"No, no, no! It’s not too much at all. They do this in TV dramas all the time! Don’t worry. Look, his body is actually very strong..."
Gugu had learned these tricks from who knows where, and now she was using them all on Liang Qingren. Liang Qingren was so embarrassed she didn’t know what to do. Clearly, she was no match for the little girl.
Wu Tian watched the scene in amazement. My daughter is really something else.
After a moment, something dawned on Liang Qingren. She looked at the adorable Gugu and felt compelled to pinch her chubby cheeks. "Little one, tell me, what’s your name?"
"Nope! If you become my second mommy, then I’ll tell you my name," Gugu said.
Wu Tian chuckled. It seems my daughter is trying to act as my wingman, but I really don’t need the help.
Liang Qingren was also stunned. She hadn’t expected Wu Tian to already have a daughter. A hint of disappointment surfaced within her, but it was just a fleeting feeling. Her resolve to take Wu Tian to meet her grandmother, however, remained unchanged.
Now, Liang Qingren looked at Wu Tian with concern and whispered, "I’m so sorry. You’re in trouble now for hitting Wei Chunhua."
"Trouble?" Hearing this, Wu Tian couldn’t help but chuckle. In a bustling metropolis like this, he didn’t think anything could truly be trouble for him. The definition of "trouble" changes depending on one’s perspective. A child might think failing an exam is a disaster, but to an adult, getting a zero on a test is nothing. Similarly, Wu Tian didn’t believe that what Liang Qingren considered trouble would be any trouble for him at all.
"Why do you say that?" Wu Tian asked, wanting to get the full story.
"Wei Chunhua herself is nothing special, but she has a sister who’s involved in the underworld," Liang Qingren said thoughtfully. "And the man she’s hooked up with is rumored to be one of the top three underground figures in Yang City."
In any city, where there is light, there is also darkness. For a man to make it in the underworld, he needs to be ruthless. For a woman, she needs to be seductive. Wei Chunhua’s sister, it seemed, understood this path all too well.
"You have to be careful," Liang Qingren said. Although Wu Tian was the Innate expert her grandmother had mentioned, she didn’t really understand how powerful an Innate expert truly was.
"Don’t worry, it’ll be fine," Wu Tian said with a shrug.
Liang Qingren could only nod, but she couldn’t help but feel anxious. People in the underworld didn’t just fight with knives. They also had firearms. Can an Innate expert even stand up to bullets?
"That’s right! Daddy is so strong, nothing will happen! Besides, my mommy is a CEO too!" the little girl exclaimed, clenching her fists.
"Little cutie, what did you just say?" Liang Qingren asked, doubting her own ears. "Did you say your mommy is CEO Qin Yuhan?"
"Yep, yep!" the little girl nodded happily. "If you want, you can be my second mommy. I’ll let you warm the bed for me and Daddy!"

Liang Qingren broke out in a cold sweat as she stared at the little girl. She couldn’t believe she had just said her mother was Qin Yuhan. She instinctively felt it was impossible. As a thought struck her, she shot an angry glare at Wu Tian. It must be this guy! He’s always muttering about Qin Yuhan being his wife, and now this little cutie has picked up his bad habits!
Wu Tian, of course, noticed Liang Qingren’s glare and felt that even jumping into the Yellow River couldn’t clear his name now. This little girl’s development has had nothing to do with me!
The thought, however, only filled him with guilt. He swore to himself that from now on, he would make sure to be a proper companion for his little girl.
Just then, TAP. TAP. TAP. The sharp sound of high heels tapping on the floor echoed through the area.
Others might only recognize the sound of high heels, but Wu Tian could discern much more. The pace was hurried, yet each step was perfectly uniform. From this, Wu Tian deduced that the newcomer was a powerful woman. The distance between each step, among other data points, told him that this was a woman with immense self-confidence. From the faint fragrance drifting on the air, Wu Tian knew it could only be the mature woman, Li Muge.
Sure enough, Li Muge arrived. Her fairy-like eyes landed on Wu Tian, who was holding the little girl and standing with Liang Qingren. Her brow furrowed for a moment, but she walked toward them anyway.

"What?" Liang Qingren couldn’t believe she had received such a meteoric promotion.
Little did she know the President’s true intentions. Qin Yuhan had already decided to keep Liang Qingren by her side to completely and utterly overshadow the younger girl in every way. She would make Wu Tian open his eyes and see that the flowers tended at home were far more beautiful than any wild ones.

Wei Chunhua lay on the hospital bed, her face a mask of panic. She mumbled incessantly, unable to form a single coherent word as tears streamed down her face.
When her younger sister, Wei Chunli, learned what had happened, she immediately took action. She sent her lackeys to investigate the incident at Qin Corporation while she herself rushed to the hospital. Looking at her older sister’s tear-streaked face, Wei Chunli’s expression turned grim, her pretty eyes filling with rage.
"Sister, don’t you worry. We grew up together. Your problems are my problems," Wei Chunli said firmly, squeezing Wei Chunhua’s hand.
Their childhood hadn’t been easy. The two sisters had sometimes even stolen things together to get by. Looking back now, even as a figure in the underworld, Wei Chunli saw that period as their most innocent, happy, and beautiful time.
So different from now. Although she had status, she had earned it by using her body to please men, and she never knew when age would steal her beauty and rob her of her only asset.
Just then, one of her lackeys came in and told Wei Chunli exactly what had happened.

I will make that bastard beg for forgiveness right in front of you."
Hearing this, Wei Chunhua, though unable to speak, nodded emphatically, her eyes lighting up with delight.
