Joanna Ramsey’s voice was calm and steady, even a bit chilly.Bella Green looked completely baffled.

"What wedding?"

Joanna Ramsey smirked: "Looking at you, I doubt your second brother is all that brave either."

Laura White, in his little dress, didn’t have much confidence to refute that statement.

Bella Green just sat at the side, smiling as she watched the two big and small squabble.

The rest of the meal proceeded with Laura White and Joanna Ramsey bickering back and forth.

Bella Green ate a burger, drank some cola, and watched them create a ruckus amusingly.

After the meal, Laura White was directly taken away by a driver.

Joanna Ramsey had errands to run and left first.

Sending off Joanna Ramsey, Bella Green didn’t rush to go home; she planned to shop at the mall across the street, as it had been a while since she’d gone out shopping and she wanted to seize the opportunity.

At the intersection, Bella Green stood by the roadside, watching the sea of cars ahead, waiting for the green light.

Suddenly, someone unknowingly brushed against the injured part of her back, causing a sharp pain that made her scalp tingle.

Then, with considerable force, her entire body was propelled forward impulsively.
