Rebirth: Top Actress, Your Big Shot Husband is Jealous Again!

Chapter 914:

Chapter 914:

Joanna Ramsey hurriedly opened the car door, fortunately the vehicle was not deformed."Victor Bennett, Victor Bennett, how are you?"

Seeing him with his eyes closed, Joanna was terrified, her voice tinged with sobs.

Victor listened to the familiar voice and slowly opened his eyes. Upon seeing her face, his expression softened, and he couldn’t help but smile.

"Joanna..."

"It’s me, you... why are you here?"

Joanna nervously asked, then noticed Victor’s arm, sliced open by the windshield, flesh and blood mingling, she gasped in shock, her eyes wide with fear.

She trembled, holding back her tears, took out her phone, and started dialing 911.

After she dialed two numbers, Joanna’s arm was suddenly grasped and fiercely pulled, yanking her into the car, toppling onto Victor.

As for the phone, it was flung who knows where.

Half of her body pressed onto him, Joanna’s cheeks turned red, then she struggled to rise.

"Stop messing around, you’re bleeding badly, I need to call an ambulance. Nothing else... mmm!"

The babbling stopped when Victor forcefully kissed her.

Joanna’s eyes widened, stunned.

She never imagined Victor would suddenly kiss her.

The soft, sweet sensation on his lips quelled some of the restless turmoil inside Victor.

So sweet, so soft...

Victor held Joanna tightly, his eyes wide, almost greedily staring at her incredibly close face.

Joanna Ramsey, Joanna Ramsey...

Joanna felt uncomfortable under his persistent gaze.

Doesn’t he know people close their eyes when kissing?

No, no, what is she thinking? Is this the right situation for kissing?

Joanna started struggling, Victor released her mouth and adjusted the seat to its lowest.

Then he pulled Joanna into the car.

"Joanna, Joanna."

Victor kept repeating her name, unsure what else to say.

His eyes greedily watched her face, as if wanting to etch it deep into his heart, his mind.

Joanna realized Victor wasn’t acting right, panicked, and tried to get out of the car.

"Victor, what’s wrong? What’s wrong?"

Joanna was frightened to tears by Victor’s strange behavior.

Seeing tears on her face, Victor felt a twinge of pain and leaned down to kiss away the tear marks.

"Don’t cry, don’t cry, Joanna, don’t cry."

He murmured to her, letting his lips trace down to capture that sweet tongue once more.

Victor felt like he was about to explode, every inch of him aflame as if he might be consumed without a trace.

Fueling his raging fire was that face he couldn’t stop dreaming of day and night.

In his clarity, he forced himself not to think of Joanna.

But right now, every suppressed emotion was pouring out.

He wanted her desperately, this desire nearly impossible to suppress, even more so than the fire within.

Victor, filled with strength, tore away her clothes in a few swift motions.

Joanna cried desperately, her red eyes filled with terror.

She wasn’t naïve; she knew what Victor intended.

"No, no, Victor, you can’t do this." She cried out in fear.

Yet Victor didn’t stop.

"Joanna, please, help me, help me..."

Victor’s voice was urgent as he helplessly undid his own shirt.

"No, Victor, don’t touch me." She understood Victor’s manner — he was drugged.
