Chapter 146 Update: Art Competition!

Hey guys! Sorry no chap, instead I'm here to announce an art competition I'm putting together.

Book 2 will be wrapping up in about a month, and to both celebrate and thank everyone for supporting the story, I want to invite readers to create visual art relevant to Re:Cursed. (Any format you wish is welcome.)

There will be a prize pool as follows:

First place: 150USD + 12 months of Patreon.

Second place: 50USD + 12 months of Patreon.

Third place: 6 months of Patreon.

Fourth place: 3 months of Patreon.

Fifth - Seventh place: 1 month of Patreon.

note: payments will be done through Paypal, and Patreon memberships are of tier 2 (min 15 chaps ahead in all my works including future projects)

Unauthorized usage: this narrative is on Amazon without the author's consent. Report any sightings.

1. No AI.

2. To assess whether the work is legitimate, please submit at least two images/proofs of your work in progress. A showcase of layers is also applicable. (Sorry, but i want to leave no doubt about validity and avoid any accusations that might be incorrect. I ask for two, because i've seen some AI create sketches from final pieces.)

3. The art has to be related to Re:Cursed in some fashion. It can be Coral, Nyx, or even Eyeball if you want.

4. For the purposes of sharing the results with the community, you give me permission to share the artworks. I.E. on Royalroad, discord, etc. (The rights of your work remain with you.)

5. Final date to submit: 20th February 2026

6. Submission is to be done in the art channel of the discord.

7. More than one piece is allowed per person, but placement prizes are not. (ie, if you would have gotten both first and second place, you will only be considered for your 'best' piece)

8. There will be a poll for people to decide their favourites, but ultimately the decision on placements is mine to make. (I don't know how susceptible RR surveys are to bots.)

9. No NSFW (almost forgot this one lmao) (no sexual stuff. Blood/gore is fine, though spoiler it when you upload on discord)

I've never done something like this before, so forgive me if i need to update some of the rules or something. As they are, i think its fine.

Anyone can enter, and I'm sure everyone is excited to see what you can make. I know I am. :D
