"The food is cold now. I’ll heat it up, and you go wait for me in the dining room." As he spoke, he gently pushed her towards the kitchen door.
"It’s already late. I’m not eating."
Lily hadn’t come downstairs to eat. She intended to take this opportunity to interrupt Easton from doing something bad to her.
