Chapter 470: Pretty Woman, Scythe, and Red Eyes Part III

“So, you’ve sneaked out of the hideout huh, smart ass?”

The delighted voice rang in enjoyment. Those sharp eyes were looking at his favorite disciple whose girl form looked so strange to his eyes. However, it also made him amused, because Wisana’s girl body looked disturbingly like his mother!

“Well. May’s not going to be furious about you doing this, Na?”

The smallest one in the party asked cautiously. And it was his words that made Wisana, who was now chewing food in his mouth, huff out a desperate sigh.

“You know her, Kong.” He said, shaking his head. “She could kill someone when she’s mad, especially if it’s about me. BRRR, I don’t want to think about it.”

Hearing that, the master of the magic warrior class burst out laughing.

Meanwhile, ‘KongKiat’, Wisana’s junior could only force out a wry smile.

“If you know that, then why did you sneak out anyway?” Kong asked with an awkward face.

“Well, I had to go out to stretch a little.” Wisana laughed delightedly. “Look, I sat back at the base without anything to do for two weeks, except for drawing and reading books, reading war news, if I was lucky. So, I got bored, you know.”

Sander, the man with a sparse beard around his mouth burst into a loud laugh, satisfied with the answer. Meanwhile, Kong could only shake his head tiredly.

“I know, you’re one of those itchy feet. I understand.” The master hit Wisana’s thin shoulder harshly without caring that he was crying “Ouch.” right now.

“You don’t have the right to criticize me about itchy feet.” Wisana snapped. “You’ve been gone from the guild for months, and it was the time when I needed your guidance, too. Moreover, you took Kong with you, too. That’s the most unacceptable thing!”

Wisana pointed at his junior, making him jump. Meanwhile, the oldest one here smacked his knee with satisfaction, while his other hand was holding his beer bottle up to pour it into his mouth enjoyingly.

“Well, that was because it was time for your junior to take final exams,” Sander said, placing his hand on Kongkiat’s shoulder softly. “Also, there were still many final lessons I had to give him. Then we hurried back to the camp after we finished all business. But when we got there, we found out that my office was shut down and you guys had built a whole new warship, it was very shocking, you know.”

Wisana smiled amusedly at those words, shaking his head.

“Yeah, you’re lucky that you can still trace us through the guild channel, or else you would never be able to find us again,” Wisana said jokingly, before looking at Kongkiat. “How about you? Travelling with Master was weirdly fun, wasn’t it? And did you get to learn that brutal brief training from this uncle, too? I almost cried blood the first time I was trained with it, you know.”

“Yeah, a little bit,” Kong replied, scratching the nape of his neck awkwardly.

“Kong isn’t like you,” Sander said. “He’s better at theoretical studying than practical. So, to compare him with a thick head like you, Kong’s like a genius.”

“Oi, how long you’re going to keep nagging me?! This uncle.”

The younger one complained, making the said uncle crack into a laugh.

“What about you though? What are you doing here?”

Kong took a turn to ask. He looked around, blinking as he was wondering what his senior could possibly be doing in a place like this, and that he even disguised himself as a pretty girl as well.

“Well, just a vacation.” Wisana said, smiling. “While you guys are gone, I’ve upgraded my third class already. And I have plenty of free time lately, so I wanted to unlock some new skills, and to take a break at this Vanilia town as well.”

“You don’t look like you’re here for a vacation.” Sander interrupted. “It looks more like you want a place to put your troublesome energy on.”

Hearing the oldest one say that, everyone let out a delighted laugh.

They all knew that it was Wisana’s nature to find troubles for himself. Especially when he had Maysa by his side, this guy would be like a genius in picking up fights.

Sander was even curious that the trouble in Vanilia town just happened coincidently, or it was because Wisana travelled here!

“So, you’ve got everything under control now, right?” Kongkiat asked.

“Yeah.” Wisana nodded in response. “Yeah, I’ve handled everything. Look at the people around you.”

After his words, the young man looked around with an amused smile.

The three of them were sitting on the edge of the center fountain of Vanilia town, which was having a bustling celebration. Flower petals were falling from their trees beautifully as the villagers’ joyful music was playing in the background.

There were various tents that had many kinds of drinks and food. Everyone in the village was happy, looking like they had just got all their worries out of their chests for the first time in a long time. At a corner of the party, Grandpa Khao was there, looking happy as a crowd of villagers were insisting him drink the victory toast.

And celebrate that Vanilia town was out of danger.

And the Cure Stone was still here to make the town popular again as well!

“If you were to help the people here,” Sander said. “I think you should have done it as Vincent. So that you would have gained a lot of popularity and support from here, kid.”

Wisana chuckled. Then he shook his head and sipped on his juice.

“I did it because I like the place. It doesn’t matter who saved the town.”

These sincere words made the master curl up a satisfied smile. His eyes looked softer when he looked at his favorite student who made him proud every time. And when in a girl’s body like this, this guy was much like his mother, as well as his personality and words.

“I see.”

Sander spoke discreetly then stood up, ruffling Wisana’s hair to make it messier.

“Wait, where are you going?” Wisana asked.

“Well, since these people treat us food, I have to refill my stomach a bit. I’d been eating only tasteless food during the trip. Now, let me enjoy a whole real meal here.”

He said, before pacing away fast, leaving his two disciples looking at his back as they shook their heads.

“Don’t be long, Master. We have to get going in a bit!” Wisana shouted after him.

“I won’t be. I’ll dump everything in my stomach very quickly.”

Sander replied in a joyful voice, before smoothly bumping his glass of beer with Uncle Berm who was standing around there. And then, the two uncles started dancing and singing enjoyably, making the ones who were watching them from afar shake their heads slightly.

“I’m sure that his ‘very quickly’ is at least two hours,” Wisana said.

“I think so, too.” And Kong just curled up a wry smile.

Then, the two cracked out an amused laugh. They had not seen each other for a long time, so it could not be helped that they missed each other, and especially missed Sander being funny.

“Anyway, Na, when did you meet her?”
