Chapter 333: Major Meeting and Meeting Again. Part IV

“It seems like you’re so crazy about this Vincent guy, Rak. I can’t believe you have a dreamy look in your eyes when you look at him. I really don’t see what’s so good about him. The looks? He can’t even be compared to my big brother. He seems like a smart guy, but I don’t buy that. He’s just pretentious. Well, he can’t be compared to my big brother with this either.”

After speaking, “Fahsai” pushed her chest up like she was so proud of what she said.

“Right, big brother?” She turned her face to the other side.

And that was where a black-haired man sat quietly in the car. He glanced at her just for a second, sighed softly, and turned back outside the window again.

“Come on, isn’t this the time where you have to back me up? I was complimenting you, you know.”

“Next time, don’t bother.” The man cut her off in a harsh voice.

That was all he said, and every woman in the car was stunned before they turned to glance at the quiet one. After that Rak and Dao turned to look at Fahsai, who was cut off so mean with worry for her. However, instead of getting down-hearted after getting treated so coldly, ...

“Gosh!! Big brother made a mean look at me. So cool.”

She said, before leaning close to cling onto the cold man’s arm enthusiastically. And that made the man sigh out wearily somehow.

As well as the woman named Rak, she was smiling wearily just as much.

“I’m used to how you just sit still, and not talk to anyone all the time, but you’re even quieter than usual today. What’s wrong? Are you excited or something, my handsome brother?”

Getting asked that question, the man turned his face away as his arm was still clung on like that.

“I’m not.” He replied in a deep voice.

Hearing that, the questioner glanced at those Nemesis guild members and saw that they had all gone inside the tower already. She then let out a long sigh.

“Are you sure?” She repeated.

“...” And the man did not say anything. He just looked at the woman who was sitting on the other side of the car with a mysterious smile that made it hard to guess what she was thinking. And then he sighed again. “What do you want me to say, Rak?”

“Maybe something you’re thinking about right now?” She spoke.

“Then I’ll say that there’s nothing to worry about. Are we clear?”

Hearing the answer, she shook her head wearily.

“If you said so.” She laughed quietly. “You won’t have time to worry about anything anyway, except for the flash from those journalists. Oh, let me warn you about something, don’t look straight at the camera, you know. It’s going to make you feel dizzy. Wink often, it’ll help you with the flash, but don’t close your eyes for too long, okay?”

Rak said, before tilting her head to the side as she gave him a sweet smile.

“Gosh, Sis, you look so cool. You’re a professional, huh.” Fahsai turned to smile widely.

“Of course, Fah. Who do you think I am, hm?”

----------------

“UGH, ...m ...I’m going blind.”

The irritating voice of a man spoke up as his rough hand was holding onto the shoulder of a woman next to him like he would have walked clumsily around if he had not held on to something.

“I’m not any better than you, Tun.”

Another woman said.

“You’re okay, Nuch?” Warunya asked.

“Yeah, Orn, I’m okay, kind of. It’s just that I’ve never experienced this before. I start to wonder now how those celebrities bear with the camera flash.”

After complaining, the rivals like Tunwa and Nuchjaree had to hang on each shoulder of Warunya. And this gorgeous girl could only let out a weary sigh. Then she looked at the other three who seemed to be walking carefreely like the flash on the way inside did not bother them at all.

“Er, are you three okay? You might want to slow down a little bit if you feel dizzy. Or else, you’d black out.” Warunya asked with concern.

Hearing that, the three looked at each other, before looking back at her with a smile at the same time.

“I’m okay. I’ve fought with a light monster with a bright light like this before.” Wisana replied.

“I work with a camera a lot, so I know how to not let the flash into my eyes that much,” Maysa said.

“And I’m already used to it, Orn,” Waree answered her with the brightest smile.

“Used to it?” The questioner raised her eyebrows.

They did not talk for that long when Tunwa, whose eyes started to feel better, looked around and noticed that they were walking in a small hallway. And there was nothing on the side, except for the walls and small window cavities.

“If I knew that you were this famous, I would have got better dressed, you know.”

Tunwa laughed cheerfully as he walked up to cling onto his best friend’s shoulder instead.

“You already look good like this,” Wisana said with a smile.

“Hey, getting a compliment from a man doesn’t make me happy, you know. It’s more like gross.”

“You’re hard to please.”

Wisana said smilingly, before turning his face forward with an elegant gesture. Seeing that, Tunwa creased his lips, amused about how suddenly imposing his best friend looked and sounded after shifting into Vincent.

“Anyway.” Tunwa continued talking. “Who would have thought that there would be this many journalists at the event? Seeing Thai journalists was one thing but seeing ones from foreign countries totally got me shocked.”

"Na’s reputation has been known on the Asia scale now, Tun,” Waree said.

The two men glanced at the guild’s vice leader.

“Really? Why did I never know that?” Tunwa asked.

“Why would you know about anything at all, Tun? I only see you reading comic books or sports magazines all day.”

Nuchjaree cut in with an annoying smile, making the one who was nagged turn to sneer at her.

“Usually, the reputation of the four gods already has been well known throughout Asia, because a few years ago, those guys declared their mightiness at the Pride international event in France, and they’ve drawn the attention from the public since. So, it’s not surprising, if they’re interested in Na, who’s on the same level with the four gods as well.”

Maysa said with a calm voice. And after listening to that, Tunwa made a drawling voice from his throat, sounding like, “Um,” before smacking Wisana’s shoulder harshly.

“Well, since you’re this famous, a friend like me would get the fame as well.”

“Be a little humbler. Right now, you’re just his underling, aren’t you?” Nuchjaree snapped.

Hearing that, the one who got interrupted twice in a row turned to her with his hands on his waist, ready to fight.

“Please, Miss Nuchjaree. The friendship between Na and I is too important for any titles or duties to get between us. Even though he’s more popular, or has a bigger title, we’ll still be friends like before, right, bro?”

He said, placing his elbow on Wisana’s shoulder right away. And that made the one who was both his friend and leader glance at Tunwa from the corners of his eyes, and it was an unfriendly look even. So, after seeing that, Tunwa jumped.

“What, are you serious?”
