Possessive & Addicted: The CEO Could Never Let Her Go

Chapter 401: Taking the Initiative

Chapter 401: Taking the Initiative

Sure enough, this man came to pick her up with bad intentions.

He clearly knew how wild they got last night, and today she really felt too embarrassed to face him.

Who knew he would read her mind so clearly? And here he is!

If she doesn’t go looking for him, he’ll come looking for her.

Anyway, she’s his; there’s no escape.

Mu Anhan tilted her head to the side, pretending not to hear what he was saying.

She focused on looking at the scenery outside the car window, ignoring the man beside her.

Gu Xiaozhan pulled her into his embrace, "Actually, you were beautiful last night!"

After getting drunk, she became bolder, her temper grew, and she acted recklessly.

However, he still found her irresistibly lovable.

Mu Anhan looked at him with an innocent face, "What happened last night?"

Pretending to have amnesia was the best way to dodge the issue.

"You don’t know?" Gu Xiaozhan’s eyes were calm and sharp, "I’ll tell you! You said you wanted to paint in the studio every night..."

"Oh!" Mu Anhan seemed to remember saying that. She playfully teased him, "Did I say what I was going to paint?"

"You like painting my body." The heat of Gu Xiaozhan’s breath touched her ear. "Paint again tonight? Hmm?"

He elongated the end of his sentence, making it sound teasing and seductive.

Mu Anhan really couldn’t handle it; she didn’t want to paint tonight!

Just thinking about it made her blush and her heart race.

"You also said that you want to pounce on me every night!" Gu Xiaozhan spoke with a mix of truth and playfulness.

"I did not!" Mu Anhan immediately denied it.

Last night, she had the courage to pounce on him because of the alcohol.

When she’s sober, she’s well aware of how formidable this man’s stamina is; how would she dare to provoke him?

Gu Xiaozhan didn’t rush to explain; he just looked at her with eyes filled with gentle laughter, as if he could see through her soul.

Mu Anhan bit her lip, quickly feigning grievance: "You’re bullying me!"

Not waiting for Gu Xiaozhan to respond, she rattled off like beans from a bamboo tube: "You know I was drunk, definitely a hot mess, and you let me run wild! Aren’t you bullying me by doing that?"

Gu Xiaozhan couldn’t help but laugh. He leisurely unbuttoned his suit, followed by the buttons on his shirt, and loosened his tie.

"What... are you doing?" Mu Anhan panicked.

Gu Xiaozhan pulled open his collar to show her, "What is this?"

Rows of scratch marks—if not left by her nails, then by what?

"Ah? I was the one who bullied you?" Mu Anhan was truly at a loss.

She had no idea she became violent when she was drunk.

"What do you think?" Gu Xiaozhan didn’t bother to tidy up, appearing slightly disheveled yet even more strikingly handsome.

Mu Anhan reached out, gently brushing it, "Could it be from another woman?"

"Is that what you want?" Gu Xiaozhan’s face turned cold instantly.

"Of course not! I was just joking!" Mu Anhan quickly pacified the bristling tiger. She leaned forward and kissed the nail scratches, "Does it still hurt?"

"Of course, it hurts." Gu Xiaozhan had never experienced such treatment before.

Mu Anhan knew he was saying this on purpose. This man never mentioned pain even in the midst of gunfire, and now he claimed to hurt from mere cat scratches?

But she had something else to ask of him, so she went along with his words.

"Let me kiss it better, okay?" she murmured sweetly against his neck.
