Chapter 323: I Want Eight Older Brothers

Kids these days are so clever. They see on TV that after the daddy and mommy kiss, they have babies.

Gu Yu thinks that her mommy and daddy haven’t had more babies because they haven’t been kissing.

She just overheard her big uncle talking to her brother about oil exploration jargon, which she didn’t like, so she ran away.

Little did she know, out on the balcony, her daddy was fiercely kissing her mommy!

Mu Anhan hadn’t expected there to be a little spectator watching them. She glared at Gu Xiaozhan, as if to say, look, the kids saw us, how are you going to explain this?

Gu Xiaozhan, on the other hand, stayed confident and unbothered, "Didn’t you say we should have a second child?"

"A second child is just four babies. I want mommy to give me eight brothers." Gu Yu said seriously.

After a brief moment of shock, Mu Anhan decided to pass the buck to Gu Xiaozhan, but not before teasing their little princess a bit.

"Yu Er, why do you want eight brothers?"

"Mom has seven brothers, I want to be better than mom, I want one more brother than her." Gu Yu huffed.

Ah, so it’s a competition with mom, to see who has more brothers!

Mu Anhan nodded, "Mom understands, but it’s not up to just mom to have babies, it depends on daddy too!"

With that said, it was time to officially throw the responsibility to Gu Xiaozhan.

"Daddy... daddy... hurry up and give me eight brothers..." Gu Yu wrapped herself around his long legs, her childish voice echoing on the balcony.

Gu Xiaozhan’s eyes glowed with summer warmth as he looked at the woman in his arms, "Did you do that on purpose?"

"No, I didn’t!" Mu Anhan grinned happily like a sly little fox.

"Daddy... daddy..." Gu Yu was too short, pulling at Gu Xiaozhan’s long legs, trying to climb up.

Mu Anhan bent down, picked up her daughter, and put her into the man’s arms, speaking nonsense with a straight face: "Yu Er, your daddy is very knowledgeable, experienced, and especially good at biology. Let him make babies for you!"

She stuffed the child into the man’s arms and dashed off, "I’m going to the kitchen to help third brother cook."

Today, the four of them were dining at third brother’s house. His leg hadn’t fully recovered, so he was pretty exhausted!

She ran into the kitchen, "Third brother, let me help you!"

"No need!" Mu Shaochen chuckled, "I’m just making a few simple home-cooked dishes."

"I actually just wanted to sneak a bite." Mu Anhan reached for a plate of stir-fried squid and popped a piece into her mouth.

Mu Shaochen was grateful he hadn’t been moved by her offer to help, "I noticed Mr. Gu’s relationship with our big brother isn’t as tense as last night."

Last night, he received orders to delete the parking lot surveillance below and saw the whole argument unfold.

"That’s because big brother is reasonable!" Mu Anhan couldn’t forget to praise herself, "Everyone in the Mu Family are gentlemen who reason things out!"

The implication being, the Gu Family are labeled as: wild, domineering, and unreasonable!

Mu Shaochen laughed, "Actually, Mr. Gu is quite reasonable too."

"Hehe..." Mu Anhan gave him a look, "Are you from the Mu Family or the Gu Family? Is his boss charisma so overwhelming? Has he won the hearts of the employees?"

She also noticed that her big brother wasn’t as resistant to Gu Xiaozhan as before, which of course, was a good thing for Mu Anhan!

But the idea that Gu Xiaozhan was reasonable was something she would never believe!

In this whole world, there’s no one more unreasonable than Gu Xiaozhan!
