Actually, considering Japanese culture - which is hardly very anti-authority - I feel like Saitama would just be a problem in the OP world, where the government is corrupt. If he didn't see first hand their atrocities, I can see him backing them up. Then again, Saitama is a pretty chill character, so maybe he wouldn't really give a shit? We've never really seen him face moral conflict in the show so I can't really say.
